Its better to buy before that, its best to buy in the beginning, but that privilege was for those who knew about bitcoin in 2010. Ethereum, litecoin, they are old cryptocurrencies, with high price but it can be higher I think. There is no possibility of becoming into mainstream if still government won't give there support on crypto. Regularization and strict policy will give big help also for it as it become a basis of giving trust by investors, users and establishments open for room of crypto acceptance. May it takes years for that before it happen.
