To all you guys seeking PSU's at a good price, why not just do this:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showpost.php?p=17466433&postcount=444

They sell for about 20$ on ebay.

I got one up n running perfectly on an antminer. They arent the most effecient, but cant beat the price.
Antminer @ 393mhz does about 425W @ wall @ 120v w/ these PSU's

That's what I'm doing, except I went with a 240v 200w Delta model which will eventually run my 5 ants OCed to 400MHz. Did you solder your 12v and ground wires directly to the power supply's outputs? Do you have a picture, by chance?
I did, and Im a soldering noob so its ugly as fuck, but completely functional =)

Good stuff, thanks for the pic! Is that 12AWG wiring?

Any chance I can get another picture of how you're splitting each cable to the ant miners?

I have powered up my miner and connected the ethernet-cable to my laptop. But I cant access the Antminer via its IP.

Whats wrong?

Edit; I followed this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=344970.0) guide at first, changing the network settings and w/e. But now I se other guides that just connect miner and pc and then just type in the IP in the browser to access the miner.

Now nothing works.. Grin

I made an order for one on the 19th and one on the  22nd. I've only received one antminer last week on the 23rd.

I had the same tracking number for both of them. Did anybody else order on the 22nd and not receive theirs in the states this week?

Bitmain,

Can you please check order ID 00120140122020057207c0DJGYnG065A and 00120140119115229858QYfGb7bN069C

Thank you.

Im just evenly splitting the cables ... 2x cables per terminal, 3x each gnd / 12v to each blade =)

better soldering job then some of my work - I am terrible at soldering fine points (partially due to having only a garbage 15W iron and a broad-tipped 100/140W gun)

I find 14AWG is ideal - 12AWG is unnecessarily thick and very difficult to get to the right heat quickly, and 16AWG or 18AWG cannot handle too much current. with 14 gauge I can run about 200W per wire comfortably which makes the job a lot easier to do. Most of my antminers use either a single pair of wires per blade and some use two pairs of wire per blade.

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

Yeah, I have been trying to get to it for a while now. Was just about to ask if it was only me.
