That is the best time to buy is from an exchange.  Not all projects have ICO's and if they did, buying during the ICO doesn't guarantee it will be the cheapest price.  Many times I have seen prices on the exchanges being cheaper than the ICO price.

Actually it is not only the mandatory option we have got. I have seen that most of the people follow holding option and also suggest the same. I have also suggested that many times but according to the situation.

In current scenario as we can see this year crypto currencies are peaking up the pace, going at some high prices but at the same time dropping heavily for a month or so. If this is going continue again then we should remember that we must try to apply buy low and sell high strategy and try to maximise our profits that way. When everything will be under bull run then we should go for holding strategy.

No bro we can't trust any coin at present condition even Bitcoin. if you buy coins to make a big profit then hold it but you bought to trade then don't make any big target if you get 30% profit sell it because once again we will get chance to buy back our coins. I had IOST token i received when the price was under $0.03 in just 2 weeks it went up to $0.08 i thought it will cross $0.1 and hold my tokens but suddenly it dropped to $0.04 so don't wait for a long time. at present also we can trade altcoins and make a profit if we have big capital.
