There has been a security issue with our main site.  Everyones stats are safe in our database and we are moving it over to another server for viewing.  We will then compensate any bitcoins mined during the period of set up.  The other site will be a simple database viewer for now but the numbers will be updated the same way.  We apologize for the inconvenience and my ability to get this all back up and running will further prove our dedication towards our customers.  I have not slept yet and have been up all night fighting off the attacker.  If I need to catch up on sleep, I promise I will get back to work the minute I wake up.  I will keep everyone updated on a constant basis.  There will be no guessing.

Did you know?: Most of our hash power comes from other sources.  We are now specialized in the resale of cloudmining contracts through our associates!

Thanks for the update. Split pool from stats-viewer (are you meaning this when you talk about a "db viewer"?), then there isn't a lot exposure and potential attackers can't do anything against it. Any ETA for the new host?

I was concerned when I couldn't get on the site. Double concerned when I tried emailing you only to get an instant failed delivery email back. Must admit, the uncomfortable thought that you could've disappeared off the face of the earth with my 202gh/s worth of btc did cross my mind.

Sucks that the site was attacked, seems like it was finally getting polished up and everything was going smoothly.

I was concerned too because there isn't any address, no personal data, anonymous registered domain and so on.. And as I know it from OMM, it always starts with downtime and DDOS (ddos seems to be very common for every problem). Admin could pay out shares from income and then run off. But I see it as risk capital, perhaps it works, perhaps not.  The same for http://minershare.net/ (but there is more personal data, I think it depends here if they get the hardware and if yes, when). I've diversified my bitcoins. Hold 1/3 as BTC (sold today at 1008$/btc), 1/3 is invested in hash power at pbmining and 1/3 at minershare.

Our webhost has a backup version of the site from prior to the attack, the database we have is current so everybody will be fine with their stats being the way they should.  We also need some patience and trust.  We will even throw in an extra 24 hours worth of mining as a token of our efforts to please our customers.  In the end this will mean more profit for you guys.  Sorry once again.  I will keep you updated throughout the day.  I should have this back up tonight.

The whole site needs to get back up before we focus on the referral system that we started on.

As another update, we are currently receiving tremendous help with locking the site from any further intrusion.
I am anxiously waiting for this difficult time to be over so that I can show you guys what kind of compensation I will be providing for this inconvenience.
We will NOT allow this to destroy our reputation, and you can all expect several more updates throughout the day.

I already entered above, but am curious... you say payouts are every sunday. So this means we cannot use this 1Gh/s on a pool of our choice ? If so, the payout for this will be dust which is making me second guess this. Wallet full of penny payments ends up being big fees later.

We cover the fees of sending the payments, even to single GH customers.  Since our payment method is very different than a customer would see from having a pool account, we will include a full explanation of it in our upcoming FAQ.  Until then, the live dashboard is simple and very accurate for the average user, just ask the 50+ customers who are already with us Smiley

Now for an update on progress:  Things are looking great and we are seeing some excellent progress. Remember, we are doing this for the customers protection because that is the most important to us.  I am working very closely with the professionals over at SiteLock to secure our system security from ever being compromised again.  We will also be aggressively introducing Cloudflare.

Also, admin@pbmining.com is having issues so please don't e-mail that right now and expect a response.  Anyone can message me on here or at our sellers account on Ebay.  For the people who don't visit these forums, such as some of our Ebay customers, we are trying to respond to their worries in a timely manner as well.
