if indeed the digits of the username do not count it would be 12 indeed, waiting on confirmation on this.

well my username is jamieb81 so I cannot use the numbers, so I guess you need to start after the digit.

( but I cannot tell you with 100% guarantee )

PB will be around and probably confirm it to us

Your "Entry #" will be determined by taking the first letter and last letter of your username and then using this to convert it

Since a number is not a letter, we should stick to that.  There wasn't a large amount of winners this round so I was very lenient with this rule, however I cannot guarantee I will allow this on a regular basis.  We try to make everyone happy unless there is a conflict (an example of such a conflict would be users deliberately creating accounts with letters and numbers to take advantage of our generosity).

Did you know?: Most of our hash power comes from other sources.  We are now specialized in the resale of cloudmining contracts through our associates!

I think you sent the wrong amount  0.02340000 is 3GHS

This way your GHS never arrive, you have to contact support admin(at)pbmining.com to sort things out for you.

Seems you paid the old (0.0083) prize, but why?

Please send the EXACT amount of Bitcoins, or your order will end up in the refund process which can take days to sort out.

You also sent a PM to me 3 times within an hour.  My suggestion would be to take a deep breath and give the world time to move a little bit.  We are not on call, and sometimes we need some sleep.

And yes, the problem would be with that transaction amount.  I am sure that is not what was displayed to you on the checkout page.    Smiley  He will have to process your order manually.  Don't expect a reply for at least 24 hours.
