Didn't Nikola Tesla go into Debt...

Tesla died broke and alone.

Just like most true geniuses.

He was a very wealthy and very poor man several times in his life - all of his monetary gains he constantly funneled back into research, continually funding his own projects and rejecting bankers and profiteers. He was an eccentric who didn't care about capitalism, living in a society completely obsessed with profits - and he suffered and was judged harshly for that. There have been many great scientists and engineers, but there will only ever have been one Tesla. He was on another level. Genius, insanity, fine line etc.

Right....the trick is knowing how to pick out the gold from the fire while assaying the pile.

Don't be a fool riling about the 'system' and 'bankers' as if you even scratched the surface. Tesla was close minded and isolated fool whose talents were hampered by his own personal deficiencies. Had he been more proficient with his situation, he would have done much more to advance his own research and his own vision.

Figures someone like him is a 'model' for some half-baked revolutionaries.

Which wallet are you guys using? It seems Mintpal is using the old v1.0, but there's a v2.0 available on the homepage:

http://teslacoins.com/wallet/TeslaCoin-2.0.zip

It's a bit confusing, since they don't seem to be 100% compatible. Undecided
I withdraw some coins from pool to mintpal, didnt work.  Huh

Reply from Mintpal:

It appears that the TES blockchain has forked. We have informed the coins developer and are awaiting an update from him. Because of this we have now suspended deposits and withdrawals for the coin until further notice. We're also awaiting confirmation on the wallet differences, as there is no linux v2 wallet nor is the github repo up to date.

Sorry but what problem with the blockchain ? Cryptsy is working fine from last night. And Mintpal stop the deposits just around that time and they are "fixing" it till now. Come on, i don't eat ice. There some arrangement done here. It's known that exchanges keep close communication between them so there is no way that Mintpal can't fix the problem and Cryptsy is not telling them how to fix it. In addition Mintpal had the time to tweet and release new coins on time but not to reply to support tickets for hours.

I believe the dev team is working hard on these issues. There are way too many 'tesla' coins, so promote this coin and make it known it is the only legitimate coin out there. More info can be found here:

I just send some TES from the pool wallet to Cryptsy and it arrived so it appeares we are on the correct fork.  The github repo was updated a few hours ago, which we updated the wallet to.
