One of my pool members for another coin told me about Coino and suggested putting up a pool for it.  I decided to check it out today and I like what I see.  This one looks very promising.  Also whoever designed the logo did a kick ass job, kudos to you.

Does anybody know why my cgminer output shows a hash rate of about 400kh/s but the pool dashboard is only showing my hash rate at 217kh/s

The pool software does't know what your hashrate is in cgminer. It displays your hashrate based on the number of shares submitted over set period of time.  At https://con.poolers.org it is 5 minutes.  If you just connected it will show low until you have been mining for at least 5 minutes.  Also if you have any rejected shares for the current block that will make it lower.  It should balance out after you have been mining for a while.
