The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Steam giveaway

The contest ended about 4 hours ago.  I am going to run some reporting now to find out how many entries each person has then I will do the drawing. Stay tuned for the winner...

And the winner is....

User id# 116

Congrats!!!

To claim your prize please do the following steps:

1. Make a post in this thread to celebrate your win.

2. Send me a PM with the following information:
-The email address on your pool account
-The email address you want your prize sent to (if different from above)
-What game from the Steam store you want.  http://store.steampowered.com/

Thank you to everyone that participated.  Stay tuned for the next contest...

Anyone that hasn't checked out con.pooler.org yet, come on over!  Do you know of any other pool admin that is charging 0% fees and giving away prizes like these?  I don't.  Take advantage of 0% fees while they last. I can't possibly maintain this craziness forever, can I?

To promote usage of the IRC channel I have decided to do some small IRC-only giveaways.  Some will be random and some will be for participating in trivia. Even if you don't win you should at least have some fun. If you stop by and nothing is going on, just hang out until it picks up.  We have a lot of people stopping by and then leaving right away. If you just hang out in there you won't miss anything.

IRC Info:
https://poolers.org/irc.html

P.S.  if anyone is interested in seeing how many entries they had in the Steam contest I have uploaded the list in a text file which you can get here:

All I can say is that this coin is fantastic and got a very bright future with fantastic dev team. All questions I have asked have always been replied from either in their IRC channel or live chat at coino.org. FAQ, exchanges etc will be added to their website soon.

be sure to sign up and request coino to be added on cryptsy people! WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!! https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/73417/page/20

The PPLNS issue we had was a big one, and it took 2 developers almost 24 hours to resolve.

I am sorry for the delays getting things back in order.   The good news we have the old database containing wallet balances.  There is no need to email us, and we know exactly everyones balance and will be manually applying the exact balance to your account.    This will resolve all balances exactly as previously, directly before the issue.

Thanks guys.
