36 hours downtime on one of my hosted units.
I have sent many messages by skype.
What is the problem, why no communication from you.
Can you not provide the service you offer?
i replied you on skype. yesterday, today is our company holiday. all people go to beach, enjoy two days free time. it will be online this evening. thanks. Jack. LOL... Everyone at bitmain thread who bitch about how poor their service is should come here and read this thread. LA trucker motel service made bitmain look like a hilton. At least bitmain doesnt admit they're slacking off and doesnt care about your down miner  |

Just spoke to Jack, there is a power outage, it is a pain, but let us hope everyone is safe, and not worry about our miners huh.

I lived in shenzhen before, and as far as i know heavy foreign investment industry region like shenzhen where i assume he's hosting the miners at is almost 0% power outage. So I guess LA just got better at making excuses, congratulations they just improved their rating from truckers motel to motel6 |

My miners have had 99.8% uptime since i received them.. (.2% is me upgrading breakers/wiring)

I have a `real' Chinese name too - but my Chinese first name (means rhubarb, or literally big yellow - reverse of Wong Tai [Sin]) is as easily changed as my English name - in other words very easily. I know the situation with Hongkong & China. Hongkong doesn't have many power cuts but China does.
