To be honest with you ... that is not an answer of a professional hardware seller ... I'm a customer I ordered Hardware at your store.

It's your duty to:

- send me the package, in a secured way which will survive the transport.

It's not the fault of the transport company, the modules where not secured for the transport!

The modules are heavy and should have been either send of separate outside of the miner or secured inside the miner.

You did a poor packaging, you can't blame the transport company for this !!! Your own words.

Hi asiabtc, usually how much do you declare on customs invoice for a LA1THS? Shipping is handled by DHL or other couriers? And last but not least: in case of RMA, customer pay return shipping to china?

From what I realized this month:
- in case of RMA you have to pay the return shipping to china
- You have a lot of struggle with the provided address
- You cannot find any phone number for the shipment on the website
- DHL fails to deliver at LightningAsic
- If you ask Jack to force DHL to deliver again he will not react (since 24 hours now)

if failed shipment, its because of the express problem.and we cannot force dhl to do anything. we shipped back ram in 48 hours.

I didn't send anything by Express. I used "normal" DHL transfer as you recommended.
I sent you a mail with the tracking no. I asked you to call DHL to clarify to receive the box.
Is this too much asked from a customer who spent over $ 4000 on your hardware?

Just make sure you are talking with the correct skype account and match the btc address or TT information with info on front page of this thread.

Items have always arrived on time. Fastest being 2 days from payment but usually 3-5 days.

I've had others provide a tracking number and it taking 5 days till real shipment gets picked up.

Jack had never done this. When he ships he ships.

He's got my thumbs up and I'm happy to verify with picture of units I have bought from him if anyone cares.

YES, and after i brought it up to jack on skype, rather than find the culprit who was responding to the skype icon on the site(of course i didnt search-there is an icon to click on which i would have to see just to know the name to search for, so i just clicked it), he changed the skype icons.... THINK ABOUT HE WARNS OF SCAMMERS IN HIS SIGNATURE,,,,,, JUST POST THE BTC WALLET IN THE SIGNATURE...... and then right after that the same thing happens, someone says "hey its in the thread",,,,PUT IT IN THE SIGNATURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am not done with them- dealing with skype is painful and tedious but they do have a security department - that i am hoping to get the documentation from showing that my conversation was generated by the website

Fact- someone geting an order doesnt negate those that have lost btc-- tx id was posted--- but saying you have done business with them is meant to imply just that-- so that makes you part of the problem
