My password auto-complete stopped working, and I don't remember my password :/ could I have you send a reset to my email? The username is the same as on this forum.

I've used your exchange a couple times and everything went smoothly. I have a BTC deposit which has been pending for well over an hour -- much much longer than before. Is everything just slow or what's the deal? Username zimgir. Thanks.

Having an issue where I bought 19900 dgb at 0.00000108, sold 180 dgb @ 0.00000113, then bought back my total BTC at 0.00000106, and somehow have 19700 dgb to show for it. 2 winning trades, yet I have ~200 DGB less than I started with. Will the remaining btc from the sale at 113 show up later or something?
After looking at the trade history, it appears the partial sale of 180 DGB at 0.00000113 for 0.000204 BTC did not credit my account after the remainder of the trade was cancelled.
This still has not cleared itself up. I am not overly concerned about the ~180 DGB worth of BTC that did not credit my account correctly. But, if trades are going to not credit correctly I am not moving my primary mined holdings over here to sell/trade (hundreds of thousands). Any help is appreciated. Edit with more info: The situation surrounding this was this: There was a sell order placed for 19,900 DGB @ 0.00000113, it was partially hit and 180 DGB sold at that price. The sell order was then cancelled. The sale 180 DGB shows up in my trade history, but the BTC resulting from the sale did not credit correctly to the account. The trade in question is here: Sell Tue Jan 21 23:01:17 180.53097345 DGB 0.00000113 0% 0.00020400 BTC

We are investigating this case, it takes time. No obvious error found in code, maybe it happened while we were restarting services. If you are in doubt of our intergrity, do not deposit coins. We are not in a rush to get high volume. We are bulding a great exchange.

Understood, and as I said, I'm not really so much concerned about the trivial amount of coins, nor am I questioning integrity of anyone. Shit happens during active development, I have done enough beta testing to know ALL about that...lol. Not stressing it man. But if it's loosing digits anywhere, that could be bad when dealing with many, many thousands of coins in the future. TY for adding the coin, and giving us a place to trade it at all in the first place. My son's lost email PW in IRC is a more pressing issue...hahaha

I am also wondering about this withdrawal email... It hasn't shown up for me in ~30 minutes (including spam).
What's going on?

@qq.com, @gmx.com and @gmx.co.uk email servers seem to block our withdrawal confirmations.
Want your withdrawal to get confirmed but have no link? Contact us in #coinmarket @ irc.freenode.org or PM this account.
Want your withdrawal to get canceled and have a link? Click the cancel link in a few hours, we are adding the feature.
Have no cancel link, somebody else tried to take your money? Contact us on IRC for a quick resolution.
PS: Some usability and account management updates coming later today.

QQ.com has problems getting our mails. If you provide your username, we can confirm your withdrawal manually, or cancel it.
