...
About the LevelCoin project, It's pretty much a wrap then?
Can we get an actual BTC amount that was scammed?
Who invested in this?

Lol, the "current founders" list shows at least 21 BTC funded while the btc address shows only 2.51 BTC received...

I think there is no need to rush this. Neither for the copy of this nor for your summary.
Just let the donor wait the few hours.
No one will reveal his identity befor its 100% sure that he got scammed.

you have to add some donations to this wallet:

Didn't know about that one, thanks. Maybe some of those were LevelCoins' own transactions to simulate interest in this scam?

To the two people attacking me for being proactive, feel free to calm down. I'm not asking for anything now except for a group of interested people to talk to about trying to find a way to actually produce this idea. I'm fully willing to divulge my identity to whatever team we work with, including responding to whatever requests will make those involved comfortable. I see a legitimate business opportunity here as well as the unique ability to create and produce something genuinely new and exciting. I have some ideas and would like to brainstorm with interested parties, which if that's not you, I don't blame you. A lot of scams go on here it seems like and I would be weary as well.

I'm not even saying we would get to production or even get to a point where we could start talking about funds, but shooting around some ideas seems like a good start. I do only have 11 activity on here. I made an account for the first time to ask questions of Levelcoin because I was truly interested in this. I still am. If no one else is then there is our answer. IF they are, lets talk about it. That's all i'm saying.

@GreXX
I will be happy to have you on my team if you are interested in getting this project launched . We are currently looking for developers  and development fund is not a problem. Developer will be paid monthly salary and % of the coin and Founders will get % shares according to their development fund contributions.

Note: I'm not looking for investors so don't ask for my BTC address. If you are a developer contact me.
Thanks

There are a couple of us who have been discussing this as well, but we are waiting a little to allow Level Coin to follow through. I also didn't want to encourage last minute investment of recycled contributions by a scammer by indicating interest in continuing the project until after the deadline to invest was over.

this!

After the deadline to invest is over and all dubiety disappeared there will be more people here who are willing to get this project to run because they liked this idea so bad to invest in it.

One day makes no difference.

+1 we all need to be on same page to avoid multiple duplicates of Levelcoin concept within short period of time

I find it odd there is not more people raising questions about their investment.

For someone so vocal, the guy hasn't spoken or logged on in a day and a half. His shill LeoC has been avoiding this thread.

I am starting to believe that some of those donations were fake, possible the same money being mixed and resent to the address. As you can see, most of the transactions out of the account were for very small amounts (.05 and .1) and all to unique addresses. This would be the answer as to why the money was taken out of the donation address right away, instead of being left there. This could have been the same one or two BTC, repeatedly sent to the address to balloon the account creating a fake show of interest.

I mean its obvious kickstarter would never allow this sort of thing. That was painfully obvious from day one. For the developer to keep repeating that there's going to be a kickstarter project shows a certain willful aversion to reality.

I can attest to the fact that I have not invested anything in the project, hence why i'm not out for blood. I was riding it out to see what would happen due to all of the questions surrounding the OP. I figured if at the last minute I thought it sounded legit and might actually launch, I would send a small investment just in case. Technically if he came on here with a legitimate explanation and working code right now I would still invest, but I just don't see that happening.

Edited to add: I just looked up the domain for LevelCoin.com and it is registered through GoDaddy to a Lukas Saul. Levelcoin.net, org, info, and .co are all still available.

Several of us are discussing continuing this project, but we want do do it in a manner which is as inclusive as possible for a variety of types of stakeholders - web and code developers, media and communications specialists, economists and financial analysts, investors, software testers, and anyone else who might be interested in participating in designing a coin driven by open community participation.

Again, we are allowing time for Level Coin to follow through since it is already the weekend in some parts of the world before proceeding.

Well I am a marketing/PR/comm guy who has knowledge in Javascript/Java/CSS/HTML/and IT knowledge so I'd like to help out any ways I can. Also, the name shouldn't be levelcoin anymore since it brings a bad vibe now. Floorcoin or Stagecoin would be nice.

I have no affiliation with this user other than he has invested in the pre-launch fundraiser. If he was trying to get this project funded, this is not a method I would have condoned.
This is likely a FUD tactic used by the competitor after I mentioned the inherent flaw in their system. You can view these posts in my history, which is likely why Levelcoin is being attacked.

did you notice he changed from "this user" to "I" when describing the "not condoned" activities by LeoC?  Grin
He even talks about Levelcoin in 3rd person in the second sentence. Looks like he just forgot to switch user between his and his other he's statements.

I keep reading about this LeoC guy everywhere I go. Why has he not been IP banned yet?
Anyways, you misunderstood his post. He changed it to I because he did in fact post himself on the Ethereum thread, you can see it yourself.
I think he was talking about Levelcoin the project as a whole and not about himself, hence it had to be in third person.
I agree though this is a scam, as are mostly all IPOs. Ethereum is the only one that actually looks great to me and I am almost 100% positive it is not a scam.

ethereum will surely deliver, yet the ipo didn't look good when they announced it. my last knowledge is that ipo is NOT going to launch as planned on feb 1st. the official blog is down atm, but here is vitalik announcing this:

I don't know who you are and haven't seen you on this thread until just now (I could have missed your posts), but you're being kind of rude. Honestly, I kind of feel like maybe who you are should be questioned. I didn't ask you for a dime nor anyone else. I am simply trying to start a dialogue on a possible method of creating a coin that runs off of a Proof of Burn / Stake hybrid system like described here because I think it's a great idea. There are thousands of people on this forum tossing around ideas, why have you decided I am the problem? There are others on this very thread saying the exact same things I am and no one is persecuting them? I don't get it.

On a side note, if I were Levelcoin, I wouldn't have run away with everyone's money. I would have paid a developer and put the coin out. I think he and everyone involved had a lot more to gain from actually developing the coin rather than turning it into a scam. He ran off with what, a max of 20 or 30 BTC? Being the developer and creator of this coin probably could have gotten him that much in donations alone from early investors who cashed out 3 or 4x that from their initial investments. He's a moron for leaving his idea here for someone else to develop and prosper from, plain and simple.

Edit: I went back and looked and you did post a couple times after the thread started looking like a scam. So I did miss your posts.
