I agree that the old rules were better in that they didn't encourage extra posting.  However, I still think this is one of the best campaigns because of the automated payouts.  All the other campaigns I've been a part of eventually end up with some human-related bullshit.  The dude who's supposed to pay is late, everyone starts panicing, etc.  This campaign with the autopay is always trouble-free.

as long as it doesnt affect the quality of posts made, it is fine. the problem can be that posts are made for the sake of posting not for actual content.

as long as it doesnt affect the quality of posts made, it is fine. the problem can be that posts are made for the sake of posting not for actual content.

Those who do so are easy to spot. They mostly have low quality comments, or very short.
