oh please, stop bumping the thread between the 3 alter egos of you
bernard75, it seems like you dislike this thread very much.  If there is anything you would like to discuss, either publicly or privately, I'd be happy to!

Regarding this question (quoted from the FAQ),

Quote
Funds can be loaded onto the ANX debit card via bitcoin or in any of the 10 major currencies that ANX supports.  The stored currency on the ANX debit card is in USD.  Any transaction performed at one of the thousands of retail outlets or ATMs worldwide will be debited in USD.

Yes, that is what the FAQ says...and thats the case with my old ANX (regular) Card, but with my new ANX Premium Card seems to just be able to refill with BTC. There is no option to deduct the balance from my USD account on ANX.

Quote
The exact exchange price is always changing, obviously, I'll ask and get back to you, as well as double check your inquiry about the name thing as well! Smiley
Thanks, will wait for what you can find out Smiley

Still waiting for an answer  Tongue
I'm still waiting on mine, I'm not sure about byt411. Smiley

hmmh, well I think I will write to support my self, maybe I will get an answer faster then you. In the past they answered my questions within 24hours.
Just thought I would ask here, so your thread gets a bit more live to it Wink

Hi bahamapascal,
I have an answer for you: Our new cards only current support BTC funding. I am unsure why, but it's not a bug.
I have asked about the Name, and I will get an answer back to you tomorrow.

Thanks,

Any measures to reduce the fee? If the $1.25/TX is really needed, you can decrease it and start charging monthly fee. Roll Eyes

i seen anx card but the fees for each use do not seem good , i like no monthly fee but come on $1.25 for each transaction purchase at store is something else. Even prepaid normal visa or mastercards are not raping people like this.

We have no such fee. For all of our cards, POS purchases are free.

If I used ANX debit card and withdraw it from ATM, will the USD/BTC converted into local currency automatically? And, can you give a summary of fees? Thanks! Smiley

   ~~MZ~~
Well i finally got my ANX premium card took me about 6 days to get it " including weekend " from Hong Kong to me here in the Midwest USA. I must say i was shocked how fast i got the card, i am still mad cards cant have persons name on them. They verify our identity and ask for documents but cant get a card with a name on it. I hope i can use it to rent a car when i travel for work. Also i dont like the activation process of the card they really need a native english speaker to translate this. Seems like they used google translate and it went wrong with words and meanings lost or not making sense. Also i dont like how the site where you go to activate card will show $0 balance even if you have bitcoin on ANXBTC website. I will try to use card sometime this weekend see what happens.

Verifying your identity is not because we find it fun, it's because it is required by the government. We are not a bank, we are a Bitcoin Exchange. The activation process of the card is not through us, it is through a third party, and their translating is not our fault. However, if you encounter any issues doing so, we are here to help.
