Its not hoarding I've been sending them out like mad. I have a whopping 250 PMC's left at the moment after having recieved 690... is that hoarding?

Didn't read all pages in this thread, but is it normal that the default tx fees in the wallet are set to 0? This is not so logical for a coin based only on tx fees.
