Don't worry my friend ETH is also decentralized blockchain but they development phase is very high in ETH blockchain compared to NEO. XRP is centralized technology where it is mainly used for Banking sectors.

right now eth blockchain is the best to use it in every way like smart contract, decentralized or payments methods
i think eth core developers are making eth more reliable and easy to use and also make some developments on the blockchain for more stable and cheaper transaction fee

They ranked it high as they do not like the Bitcoin as a currency. If the Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash can also be used as the gas for smart contract, they will be ranked higher.

This morning I made a mistake and while sending ethereum to address I accidentally put it into the memo and leave blank the recipient part.

Long story short, my address created a contract and my eth is on it right now.

Looks like China is going to allow and promote the Ethereum which is rather clever step to gather more and more attention around this report and their crypto related projects!
And they put NEO only on the 4-th place, which is still 9 places higher than Bitcoin)
In this way this report seems to be real and truthful. And as the demand for blockchain engineers and blockchain related business is only going to increase, IMO China is going to cancel their ban on conducting ICOs as this is the only way for them to remain among the leaders in this sphere.

I think 40-60% drop in the crypto is just a blip. Not to be afraid of.
