In my humble opinion Eth will surpass 200 or even 250$ this would be the new bottom. Reducing the mining rewards down to 2 eth will reflect positively the price of Eth. How surprising move ETH made anything is possible now in this changed situation. All these days till hard fork are very important if the momentum keeps pace then we may expect much more than $200 easily. Investors are willing to inject money in ETH and we saw such big move after long time and this can be interpreted in many ways.

Agreed with you this time it will rise steady but majority of the people would miss this last chance to buy at this price. Binance and all other major exchanges will support this upcoming event no need to be worry about this.

Oh that explains the sudden price spike. I guess a selloff is coming after the forks (unless we enter a general bull-market, which is very unlikely yet)

Ethereum is up almost 50% from its 0.025 BTC prices in less than a month. Many people have anticipated this increase because of many reason one of them was hard fork on this month. Other reason was heavily over sold and it a rally to restore the confidence was due at the same time. I am glad to see it on the place it deserves and finally is there and now it will sustain it.

This is corrction after oversold market situiation.  It should hit to 0.05 BTC

Is this true? Yes I agree will happen after that just like BCH did last year but hopefully it will not happen. However if that will happen ETH should at least go back to $300-400 so that it wont be affected that much.

Yes, the pump is the place to be, but the market as a whole is in the green zone. Bitcoin drives the market. if the market mood changes, then the forks will not affect the value of the coin.

Yes, the pump is the place to be, but the market as a whole is in the green zone. Bitcoin drives the market. if the market mood changes, then the forks will not affect the value of the coin.

Yes, fork will not effect the coin because already the price of ETH went increasing which the volume of ETH is kept increasing. Still, we don't see any upward trend in terms of bitcoin price and we need to wait patently until the price of bitcoin starts increasing.

Excuse my skepticism but I don't trust any of this rally. The whales who bought at $80 will start dumping again once ETH goes near $200. This is still a bear market unless we see price anywhere near $1000 and above which I don't believe will happen anytme soon.

No one ever said that the bears gone, we are just seeing a slight recovery.

If this will continue up to $500 then we can comprehend that the bears starting to dry out. As of these rallies, we can't remove that fact today that after a few pumps, we're about to expect a followed dump. Let's all see on how the market reacts before and after this upcoming fork.

yes its just little recovery in the market and eth is recovering more then others
also eth network have a hardfork ahead i think that's why people are buying more eth and hodl them in their wallets
also i heard some news about the price of eth that eth price will touch 200$ in ICO starts again with more great project
and bulish move is not yet started because BTC price is still at bottom. in bull run BTC price will far up from its current price value

There are actually 3 hard fork but I don't think many do care about the two coins.

First and second forks created by unknown person just like bitcoin private and diamond and don't mind it seriously because both are craps coin and not officially created by ethereum foundation. Ethereum foundation said no more fork coin and the fork three is the only real fork will have done by ethereum foundation and it's about the network upgrade and block decrease.

Don't worry, Ethereum will be able to return to the price of 300-400 dollars sooner or later. This is a must. The current price of Ethereum has been seriously underestimated because the market is now suffering from serious oversold.
In my opinion, Eth's reasonable price should be around $500, but it is far below this price now, so we will be profitable now to buy Eth.

When the entire market will pump, that's what we called bullish because it will all turn into green and people again will start

Right now Ethereum is above $150 and I hope in couple of weeks price will cross $200 easily.
