talking about the others 2 so-called 'ETH hardfork', one of them is forking the codebase but people only know that fork will be giving us a new coin but the truth is, it will be an upgrade for the system itself instead of the chain split. and the other one is 'scam'.

Before switching to PoS, only two sorts of crypto guys can earn Ethereum:
1) Miners, of course.
2) Investors, who don't have rigs, but have enough money to loan rigs in mining rigs providers, such as Nicehash, etc.
For those guys, PoW or PoS are not too different, but it is surely that PoS is much better for them.
Additionally, PoS for whatever coins is always more environmental friendly. It supports the idea to switch from PoW to PoS for Ethereum network.
The ETH network is one of the biggest ones in crypto ecosystem, hence has potentially one of biggest impacts on environment from its mining operations globally.

Technically speaking it gives an equal chance and opportunity for all to stake and get rewarded, before switching to PoS only miners can earn by mining eth, rest of people who don't have a clue or cannot mine will result to buy eth and still you get nothing for hodling in your wallet whatsoever,

Weak hands are always weak hands.
They will shake their hands all out at the right time when they lose their faith in the market.

Now the story is different, instead of having idle eth in your wallet, stake it and get rewarded, price will always be affected either way,
other coin/token without POS or POW still have their price affected, demand and supply will determine the price, bottom-line now is soon pos will be available to all and people can make decision to stake or not, i don't see the risk here.

i feel tether has a wallet and the creator has been manipulating with unlimited tether tokens that's the only reason we cannot see the tether actual usage and volume. This is really serious i feel someone could check tether out.. seems like a group of people perhaps around 20 or 25 dividing and splitting around everywhere to manipulate crypto space with their evil intensions..

That was why many people despised this so-called stablecoin, and yes they can create or mint a new token. Did you remember when they got hacked a couple of months ago?
they were losing a lot of money in the process, and to fix this up they created new tokens/generate new tokens.
that was why you will never see a fixed number of this tokens forever. And, that was one of many reasons why many projects created and claimed to be the next stablecoin lately.

i sold 2.5 billion to you (volume counted 2.5 billion)

I wouldn't focus too much on that DX Exchange.

For one, its not being launched by NASDAQ, it just uses the NASDAQ trading engine. They are just mentioning it for marketing purposes.

Also will the exchange do KYC? If not then I would becareful because I don't think the SEC will allow trading of US securities on the DX exchange. Even if they do KYC, I still don't understand what loop-hole they went through to be able to allow trading of US stocks. This is very similar to CFDs and other derivatives. Maybe if it doesn't allow US customers it might be acceptable I guess.
