Forks should be only used for the rest chains, that are un-official, and will be developed in different teams after the upgrade, or totally abandoned weeks or months later.

Agree, with you but don't consider the market and technology are same but sometimes technology may influence a lot about the price correction. Of course, whales are manipulating the market but they are manipulating based on the development company is doing.
