The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Positive changes.
How can I update my wallet and not lose my coins?
Just download new wallet. Then copy wallet.dat from AppData/Roaming/ShitcoinDeLuxe folder into Actinium.

will only give ACM 2337 in bounty program? the number of numbers is small, is this intentional because ACM is a rare coin category? will the future value of ACM also be equivalent to bitcoin?

Impressive. New wallet works with old wallet.bat file. Takes some skills to move everything over that fast.
Seems you currently have two coins running. I suppose you could kill sht or let it run on its own.
Thanks for your kind words. Have done everything to keep any problems away. There is only one coin, Actinium. No two parallel chains. But old wallets can still run forever, if users don't update. However, future updates & Bugfixes in in Actinium wallet only.

There was no premine with this coin, so not a lot for bounties.
Hopefully as everything is switched over, including the app, it gets popular. Maybe ACPay.
I have in another wallet additional coins. Not much, around 2600ACM coins. If you help in advertisement or support the community in a positive way, I'll send you rewards. Yes, there was no premine as I wanted this coin to be as fair as possible. I think this already is worth advertising. Premined coins come in masses, so each coin is not much worth. Not so with honest coins that must be mined by PoW. There you have to invest something real, like electricity Cheers,

This is a nice name. And it seems there is no other mobile app cureently in Google Play. I will use this name to replace the older one. Could you, please, give me your ACM address in Discord, so I can send you some bounty ACM coins. We will reward any good idea! So, if others have good ideas too, or want to make nice advertisements about our project...

Sadly, the BitFex exchange is charging an extreme withdrawal fee of 50ACM which makes any meaningful trading activity impossible on their exchange.
Therefore I have removed any links and recommendations regarding this exchange. I have sent them several DMs asking why only our coin has such an extreme fee while other coins have negligible ones. But, I didn't get any answer.
And as I have much more important things to do I didn't want to lose any of my time there.
So, my recommendation is: please, avoid this exchange. It makes no sense to pay a full block reward as a fee!
Thanks for your understanding and sorry!
We'll have to find another exchange.
UPDATE (28. Mai 2018):
BitFex has corrected the fee. It was die to a miscalculation. Trading on BitFex is possible and the withdrawal fee costs only 0.001ACM. Minimum withdrawal is 0.002. This is a great change for our community!

I see that 50 listed after I transferred some bitcoin over. However, the other fees, such as bitcoin seems fine, 0.0005 BTC and 0.001 LTC. I would imagine, as the price of ACM normalizes the fees will be reduced. 50 is silly, but hopefully it will drop to .1 or something the like shortly. Also, the volume is very low on this exchange currently. Hopefully the volume starts to increase as well.
https://bitfex.tradeon this exchange the turnover for the day is 1.24BTC (BTC / USD). You can not sell anything on this exchange!

This is an SPV Wallet. You can send/receive coins, but not mine them. For that you'd need powerful hardware. It's PoW mining. It requires lots of electricity.

Looking better! Slowly but surely the coin is improving. I like the new logo. Glad to see the first little exchange is working. The price is still low but you have to start somewhere. Glad to hear the coin will be on a second exchange shortly. Onward and upward. Soon we'll have our paper-wallet (walletgenerator.net) entry. I am right now testing the code.

Please use port 9433 only for NiceHash, or if you use some high speed proxy!For all other miner hardware (include L3) - use port 3433. If you do not agree to use auto adjust difficulty by the pool, you can set it in password like this: c=ACM ,d={diff}

Lightning Network is only the first, and currently the most prominent, of the layers built on top of the public blockchain. It's mostly Bitcoin's blockchain when we talk about LN, but there is also a variant for Litecoin, Ethereum, there called "Raiden", and a few others. Lightning Network will bring us the option to stream money, send funds back and forth billions of times, and do the final settlement much later. Just like it would make no sense that two banks exchange their funds each time any of their customers buy or sell a chewing gum, the same applies to the blockchain technology. Much better is to let people buy/sell things many, many times and only then do the settlement when the amount of funds to be exchanged between the parties has reached some predefined level (which you can setup freely when opening a channel). However, there is still enough to do, like routing for example. There will be many competing solutions for that. And just like TCP/IP never defined routing but simply took care of the most basic things that constitute the backbone of the internet (packet switching, addressing, connectivity), the Lightning Network will do the same for this new kind of internet, which is often called the Internet of Money. The best way to achieve all those goals is to keep each layer as specialized and as constrained as possible. Don't try to solve too much on a single layer.

We need more exchanges. At least one larger exchange to further improve the popularity of this coin. As interest grows into the hundreds and hopefully thousands this certainly will be needed.
Now if the developer could build an exchange around this coin, and use it as one of main currencies of trading, that would certainly help. That's asking a lot though, but certainly within the realm of possibility.
Creating an exchange only for a coin is too expensive, from tech perspective. But there are also legal questions to be answered. If I was living in some off-shore "location" (don't want to name any) then it'd be maybe possible. But I am from Germany / European Union. So, the best way, technologically, legally, and professionally, is to pay for registration on some bigger exchange. It doesn't have to be a Tier-1 exchange, but if we could get to KuCoin, for example, this would be great. As always, I'd offer my ID/personal information, so the exchange would immediately know that we are surely not a scamcoin. However, the payment will not be very cheap, so without a broader (financial) community support a registration will not be possible. It is time to act as a community.

You're probably right about the location of an exchange.
I've never tried KuCoin. The Volume seems pretty high and probably would help a lot. How much does it cost for listing on KuCoin? With the numbers rising on the discord, hopefully many people will contribute towards the cause.
It's not clearly visible. The only page that describes the listing process doesn't mention any fees. https://support.kucoin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003229494-How-to-list-a-coin-on-KuCoinBut there are also other decent exchanges like Cryptopia, or TradeSatoshi.

will you gonna add some balance into the faucet There will be no faucet anymore as this coin is now on exchanges. Also, the bounty fund is more important. We want to reward successful community-related tasks. As this coin is not premined the amount of available coins is very low. Sorry.

The coin doesn't seem to be mining correctly right now. Maybe the difficulty is set so high that it's causing trouble.
Hopefully things back to normal soon.
The diff retarget is 3.5 days. And as we are still a pretty new coin some time will be needed until people (miners) realize that it's maybe better to mine for long-term instead of trying to play little games. But, I count on professionalism of the miners as they're basically burning their machines.

Miners are fickle. They run away quickly and then return with the herd. Kind of like sheep. That said when you have a 3.5 day retarget on difficulty, sometimes it's going to create problems. Is it possible to change it to 24 hours?
Good job on getting close on the Ledger Nano dev. The more features this coin has, the less likely people can ignore it.
Yeah its going to take the network some time to catchup the the amount of hash that has been put on. I myself have been watching my own pool. Miners comming and going putting over 5GH on at a time and not getting a block. This is not down to the miner but down to the network. In the last hour there has only been a movment of 3 blocks. I would not worry so much. Put your miner on a pool and leave it running you will get the same in the end regardless of pool hopping. My pool has 0 fee's at the min to help the coin grow. You can join us http://btccluster.hopto.org:8080Regards, Raster.

There will be no change in the Consensus rules. Either this coin gets proper support or not. If not, it wasn't the miners fault, or any other people's fault. It was simply not strong enought to live. I have no problems with that. It's a completely free market.

Well, the support from the community (tweets, forum posts, general advertising) about this feature was rather poor. We have to ask ourselves, is there a proper community at all? I can't estimate the size of the community, but from the perspective of activity, it's very small and not active at all. A bit of Discord chats, but that's it. A small echo chamber at best.

I do mining in the pool you web pool for over 12 hours but still not received ACM payments, and I see also they found some blocks in your pool, how is this Although it's not about a pool the project controls, maybe these few hints could help you. Maybe you had config problems? Not sure as this is not our pool, but in the past we had sometimes similar problems, because of too high/too low difficulties set on different miner hardware. I'd recommend you to try different pools until you find one that fits to your hardware/difficulty settings. If you are using NiceHash, then pools like https://smilingmining.com are recommended. If you're using own high-diff miners then maybe https://goldmine.actinium.org is a good start for you. There are also two official mining pools for diffs 32, 256, 512, up to 450,000 to try: http://pool.actinium.org & http://fastpool.actinium.org which are based on same software like the above pool you quoted. There is also a #mining channel in our Discord with many helpful people.

There appears to be a coding error. I notice the difficulty hasn't changed for now 118 hours or almost 5 days. The developer lists 3.5 days as the difficulty retargeting timeline. Please fix this mistake. Also, right now the difficulty is rather high for the number of people that are mining.
Time: 2018-05-31 13:51:34 (1527774694) Difficulty: 6637.522347094
Time: 2018-06-05 11:21:11 (1528197671) Difficulty: 6637.522347094
If you think it's a coding error, then you have to describe it exactly. Everything else is only assumptions. The rules of the Consensus are clear: every 2016 block a difficulty retarget will take place. Block time is 2.5 mins. This calculated together is roughly 3.5 days. But this is only an estimated value for humans, because we think in days, hours, minutes etc. It is given to people to estimate things. You can't know in advance how much hashing power will miners use at any point in time. Therefore, the Consensus will have to adapt to it. But every 2016 blocks only. If those 2016 blocks are being generated within 3.5 days or 3 days or maybe 4 days is a question of available hashrate, current difficulty, processed diffficulty etc. Also, our coin is pretty new, with a non-forked blockchain, so the many ASICs out there could quickly take advantage of it (for some time, but not forever). It will simply take _time_ to adapt to all those circumstances. It's not year 2011 with GPUs only. Our coin never had the chance to grow up slowly, while technologies changed around it. It started almost immediately with ASICs. So, please, before giving me any coding advice or making any assumptions that could provoke useless discussions, either open a proper Pull Request on GitHub with your solution, or simply stop writing about imagined problems you can't provide a solution for. I am very open to any improvements, but only on a stable, testable, and falsifiable base. Software isn't being done in a pub, with beer in your hand, or in a forum, with smileys.
Code is work. Hard, explicit, and very "boring" work. I have used the best available code as base for this coin: Litecoin. And I think these guys know much better than me how to create proper Consensus rules. And I suppose they also know it better than you. Now, back to mining/trading/Discord! EDIT: Here, a nice article, actually a comparison between Litecoin & Bitcoin. There you can read a bit about potential problems regarding difficulty adjustments. Scroll down a bit to the paragraph "Difficulty retarget" https://litecoin.info/index.php/Comparison_between_Litecoin_and_Bitcoin

It takes 101 blocks to confirm. Pay is as soon as the block you mined on is confirmed. If you have yet to get a payment send me your key and I will take a look for you. The pool is paying out so its prob just a case that the blocks are running so slow. The network should pump 576 a day (EST) its pumping about 100 at the min if that. EG... it taken 1 hour to get this block http://explorer.actinium.org/block-height/43278 Regards, Raster.

I'll try to explain it for you. I see the difficulty still has not changed after 5.5 days.
I've been mining at Smilingmining and now stopped because it's a waste of electricity to mine right now. No blocks have been found on this pool for the past 11 hours because the hash rate is so high, and there are so few miners. Network hash at 20 Ghz. So not hitting the 3.5 day retargeting timeline is causing problems. Most of the miners have ran away, or at least, they are waiting for a better hash rate.
I'm sure there are developers out there with a solution to this problem.
EDIT: Sorry You said the same thing really. I did not read it all correct going bed now.The block chain is done on a amount of blocks. Time is defined by blocks on 90% of chains. So if the diff jumped due to big hash that has now been removed it is going to take a long long time to lower. This is because the amount of blocks that have been mined. The chain will slow things down so the amount of blocks dont go faster than it should. EG... The chain should pump around 567 blocks a day. But if there was say 3000 blocks pumped a day due to mega hash rate then the chain will slow things down. What you need to do is work out from the point of change the amount of blocks mined over the 567 blocks a day. Then remove that from the amount of blocks mined in 3.5 days around 1984.5 blocks and then you will have a number to work on. Regardless of any of it the diff will change. and it will get stable. Its just a matter of time. If it takes to long for the network to get to that block diff it will drop the diff way low again and you will get 2000 blocks of fast mining followed by 2000 blocks of slow mining that could take weeks given everyone is not keeping there miners running at the hash rate that got the diff up. To make diff stable you need to be mining. Waiting is not going to help the coin because the diff will end up going silly low to silly high. Regards. Raster.

I see a problem with your math. This coin has mined 70 in the past 24 hours. As you said, 2016 are needed for the next difficulty change. The last difficulty change was 5.5 days ago or 950 found coins ago. The problem is the hash rate has been decreasing; it's now 19 Ghz. So as it stands it's not fun to mine right now ; low returns. If the coin's difficulty continues to drop, then that certainly could be a problem for the developer. Instead of taking another two weeks to change difficulty, it could be two months. I would imagine that is not a positive feature for a new coin. Reducing that retargeting time to say 1 day would certainly help but I'm no coin developer. And I see a problem to discuss such things outside of GitHub. All you can do is to provide more hashing power. My duty is not to make mining "fun again". Also not to change code because some individuals want it so. Consensus is there, live with it. Or mine another coin.

Yes, this coin can be traded on https://bitfex.trade and https://bitebtc.comWe are not an ICO (not Ethereum-based), and there are also no Airdrops or any kind of Premine. What you mine is what you have. Or you buy it on an exchange.

Hi guys, How many coins we can mine at 1Ghs per day guys? I checked some pools but found no info Thanks gius. From the pools I operate I would say that you can mine 100-200ACM a day. But this is only a rough estimation. It also depends on the hardware you use and the current difficulty. There are three pools controlled by the project and also several others you can find in this thread: for fast miners & NiceHash: https://goldmine.actinium.org/for "medium" miners: http://fastpool.actinium.orgfor slower miners: http://pool.actinium.org

Looks interesting project with active and real dev. Couple of things for suggestions: 1) "Symbol:ACM or XAT" shouldn't it be just ACM? 2) Add full link to bitfex trading pair - https://bitfex.trade/en/ACM/BTCAbout coin: Really needs some decent difficulty adjusting algo. Like KGW. 2016 block retargetting only works for few large coins like BTC/LTC with stable prices and hashrate. Thus now it goes trough "slow" phase, which will be followed by very "fast" phase. Once this hits bigger exchange or multipools, chain will get stuck. And plp will cry why their deposits not going trough. Nice work Dev!

The alternative symbol is for cases when some other crypto is already using our default, ACM. There will be no changes in the Algo. The Consensus rules are here to stay and won't be changed to follow daily changes in the mining rate. As I have personally no financial interest to earn anything from Actinium it's up to the community (miners, users) to decide on its value (or "no value"). People hoping that occasional mining will earn them many coins so they can later dump them, are only losing electrical power. Better to mine one of the available scamcoins with large premines. This coin can't offer such things. But what it can offer are several interesting technologies. And even without any mining support I'd still be doing my coding work. Currently, I'm checking the options on how to integrate Actinium with Electrum. After that will follow "the final Boss", Lightning Network integration.

Hi All, Just a quick update. We had a raid brake on the BTCcluster at http://btccluster.hopto.org:8080/The cluster pool is now back on line after a long re-build of the raid. All payments to miners have been made. Again we are sorry for the downtime. Remember you can mine for ACM for free on the cluster. Regards, Raster.

Soon we will release v0.16.1.0 that contains latest fixes & functionalities from Litecoin & Bitcoin.
We will also start with the voting period for activation several important BIPs that are needed for our future Lightning Network onboarding.
Wallet & Daemon users (and miners) won't have to do anything extra, just update your wallet or daemon and you are good to go!
Cheers!

This might pivot into a great community coin. No premine, no ICO or no airdrop is really rare these days and on top that developer isn't going anonymous. The work he has been doing so far is awesome. Mobile wallet and ledger integration this early is great work. Keep up the good work.

It seems there are some problems with the BiteBTC exchange. The below article describes it in a very negative way. https://theicojournal.com/scam-bitebtc-exchange-makes-false-claims-rips-off-coins/I have sent an email to the contact person from BiteBTC asking for clarification. For the time being, I'd recommend not to trade there. But, as their KYC process seems to be very slow, there won't be any trading activity anyway. However, the article writes about the slow KYC process as well, assuming that this too is part of the scam. Please, read the article! Take care.

OK so liquidity could be an issue for this coin as there is no budget for exchange listings and two exchanges its listed on have negligible volume or recognition.

If there is a community willing to support the coin with more than mere words, then it should be possible to collect enough BTC to register on bigger exchanges. But so far everyone expected me to do everything for them. This is not a very successful & sustainable strategy. Also not very motivating for me, as the developer of this coin. People are complaining about scams, premines, ICOs etc. Well, now they have a chance to support a clean & transparent coin. But so far, not much substantial support in sight. Either we all will have some "skin in the game" or it will remain just talking about "what should be done".

I think people here just want to make cash off you and don't want to donate money for a new exchange. If they did there would be lots of comments in here, instead it's very few. In May this coin was great for miners such as me. In June, it sucks. It's of course due to the 3.5 day retargetting matching litecoin. But seriously who cares about matching litecoin on this point. This is an old problem built into this coin. Maybe in a week or so this coin will retarget and probably the nicehash people will come back to exploit it.
Now you'll probably get mad but that doesn't fix the problem. Most miners have already disappeared, or are waiting to exploit the 3.5 day retargeting when it finally normalizes again. So if you can't fix an old problem from 2014, why would anyone give you funds for a new exchange.
I am not mad at anyone, quite the opposite. Why should I be? I created a coin, learned a lot about managing mining pools, played with a mobile app, and got my hands dirty with Nano S Hardware Wallet Actually, I am wondering why people are so shortsighted. Instead of being strategic and patiently increasing the value of this coin, which by itself is very rare in this space as it is transparent, people are acting like children who suddently discovered a candy store. But there is no candy if you are not ready to support the production. It's actually a very interesting experiment in crypto space. I offered you a honest coin, without any premine, or anything scammy, with total transparency, plus my personal support (unlike many others I am a professional software developer)...and in the end, people prefer to run after scams, maybe hoping to scam someone else, who knows? But in the end, you all are lying to yourselves. All this is a very good example that maybe the majority of the people in this space deserve to get scammed. I, for my part, can be pretty happy about the outcome as my GitHub profile now shows stuff like Nano Ledger, a Crypto Mobile App, and even my own "Shitcoin Project", together with a few other things which are always good to have in your developer toolbox. The last thing I wanted is to get any money out of it, as I got something that's more worth than that. Have fun!

Hi! You used the Litecoin algorithm. This means that the coin can be mined using ASIC much more efficiently than using GPU farms. If this is true and you have not used any protection from ASIC, then people have not taken your project seriously. After all, if the price becomes high enough, all the profits will take the owners of ASIC. What is the point of people to mine bitcoins on the GPU and not to sell immediately?

After all, if the price becomes high enough, all the profits will take the owners of ASIC. What is the point of people to mine bitcoins on the GPU and not to sell immediately? ASIC-resistance is useless. Sooner or later there will be an ASIC for any algorithm you can think of. Also, I don't think that fighting ASICs is an intelligent strategy. I don't see miners as potential enemies or "disease" that I have to fight against. Quite the opposite, Actinium is very friendly towards anyone ( friendly from technological perspective). Actinium welcomes ASICs and everyone else who wants to support this coin. Be it trading, hodling, coding, advertising etc. Also, take into account that a fun currency like DOGE also uses Litecoin's Scrypt algorithm and is now a multimillion dollar business. For some time it was a 2 billion dollar business. Well, if a currency like DOGE could get such a high valuation, why should a coin that: a) has a public development team b) has no premine c) has no "founder fees" d) with Ledger Nano Integration e) Mobile App f) latest bugfixes (we follow Bitcoin & Litecoin closely) g) strong orientation towards Lightning Network (so-called 2nd Layer Solutions) get no proper support from miners and other important actors, like investors and traders? The least important problem for this coin is ASIC technology. The bigger problem is how to gain trust in a community filled with scams, "get rich quick"-schemes, badly copied code, and sometimes outright stupidity. The only solution, in my opinion, is radical transparency, tolerance towards anyone (this implies ASIC-miners as well), and readiness to support anyone, in any case. Feel free to join us in our Discord. There are many friendly and very helpful people. Maybe you can bring new ideas. We need such people!

https://actinium.org is just a normal webpage. No viruses there. Maybe you have some paranoid script blocker in your browser (they're ok of course, but sometimes one has to tweak them a bit). We use a few harmless scripts to load the price data.

During the month of June the coin has surged in difficulty due to Nicehash mining. Right now it's 66k and really not minable for someone such as myself with 3 L3. Without Nicehash it would take months to retarget the difficulty, and the only people interested in mining are mining farms or nicehash.
there's someone very greedy, pushing difficulty to the moon does not much effort...

why did not pay anything for the day?!!
It depends on your hashrate and the maturity of the blocks you generated. After you have generated a block it will take some time until this block becomes mature (101 confirmations). And if the overall hashrate is too small for the current difficulty then the confirmation times will take longer. Use the "Tab Stats" to see how many blocks have been confirmed/pending. The three official pools (goldmine, pool, and fastpool) are operated by me and there is no possibility that I won't pay any miner. But if you can provide more hashrate then your payouts will come faster.

Get ready GPU miners.. The fairest and most transparent coin around, Actinium, will be switching from Scrypt to Lyra2z in 345 blocks (block 55000)! At the rate the blocks are moving now that is still probably a week or so away. You can follow the block count at the explorer here: http://explorer.actinium.org/. The change will also implement the difficulty algorithm Dark Wave Gravity v3. As it is now ACM is Scrypt and the difficulty only adjusts every 2016 blocks. This caused ASIC miners to mine hard when difficulty was low, and then abandon their mining when difficulty was high, basically halting the chain. This needed to change. With the new changes ACM will welcome GPU miners and the difficulty will adjust each block. It will allow for faster confirmation times continuously as there will always be miners on ACM. It will be some great changes

And now you're doing a hard fork, adding a dark gravity well. I told you this five weeks ago. Live with it, you said. Hubris. I'd rather call it community-based, absolutely transparent, and well-discussed decision making. If you think that Actinium would ever change because a single person writes something in a forum, then you should think about the definition of "Hubris" again. And yes, you will have to live with any decision Actinium makes, because we will never follow a single person. Myself included. If you have any problems with our attitude, then please, mine one of the available scam coins, where you can never know when its "dev" will disappear or dump those coins on you.

No. HF will happen at block 55000. Use your wallet to check the current state (debug/console menu). The current hash rate is pretty low.

Please add some Scrypt hashrate to ACM if you can afford to. We need some hashrate to get the blocks moving. 250 more blocks to go before the hard fork, and then it will be smooth sailing with consistent, fast blocks.

Can you tell us more about the characteristics of the new algorithm?
Just like here:
Block time: ? Algorithm: Lyra2z Diff Retarget: ? Block reward: 40ACM Halving: ?
What changes will be in the roadmap due to the change in the algorithm and what is a ACMX on your goldmine pool?

What changes will be in the roadmap due to the change in the algorithm and what is a ACMX on your goldmine pool?
Halving remained the same: 840,000 blocks (roughly 4 years) Diff retarget is dynamic and happens on each new block, because we will use Dark Gravity Wave v3 (taken from Dash project) Block time is 2.5minutes. The roadmap remained the same: SegWit activation, Lightning Network focus, Nano Ledger Integration. ACMX is the testnet chain. Those coins are worthless.

We will release a patch version shortly.
As there were too few miners the remaining diff was too high to solve.
The rules of the hard fork will remain the same (block rewards, dark gravity wave retarget etc.), only the current diff will be lowered to 0, so all miners can start anew.

However, we provide a prepared Actinium.conf. Just download the Zip file, unpack it, and get Actinium.conf from it. But as I said: you don't need them, just wait a bit for sync.

I assume those are taken from one of the mining pools. You don't need any extra nodes in Actinium.conf as Actinium already has built-in nodes. Just be patient and it will sync by itself. In general, when putting nodes into Actinium.conf take care of having IP-addresses with port 4334!

Actinium has built-in seed nodes. So you don't need to manually put them into your conf file. But if you want to have them, then please either go to original posting of this thread and copy the given nodes into your Actinium.conf or download ZIP file from GitHub, unpack it, and then take provided Actinium.conf (it already contains some nodes).

Yes, https://goldmine.actinium.org is operated by me. However, I am not a professional pool operator, and also not collecting fees for me. The 1% fee on goldmine go to our Bounty Pool. I used a semi-automated script to install YIIMP. Payouts are every 2 hours. That's all I can say.

Hi guys!

At the moment, ACM mining does not look attractive, at least for NVIDIA, so you should focus on marketing and attracting people who will participate because of the project itself, and not because of the current profits, although electricity bills unfortunately have to be paid constantly... ACM mining on NVIDIA graphics cards at the moment is a loss of about 60% of profit. I also see how someone collects all the blocks/coins periodically increasing the pool capacity from 400 to 2400 MH. Therefore, I asked about the system of reward distribution, whether it is fair for small capacities that are constantly at work...

Therefore, I asked about the system of reward distribution, whether it is fair for small capacities that are constantly at work... LOL if you use the average daily difficulties it has been one the most (probably THE most) profitable coins for nvidia over the last 2 days assuming you're using the t-rex miner. If you just look at any spot during the day on the other hand you may find a time when difficulty is high from a nicehash user for example, and that is probably what you did. That being said though, instant mining profitability will probably lower (if current price holds) as there are some very dedicated ACM miners who believe in it and want to support the chain and hold their ACM for the long run. It has a lot of mining support already which means it can have more hash than the current value should indicate, that's if you believe that there is a correlation to price and net hash. It's all speculative though, we can never know what will happen until it does.. Regarding the pool question I think goldmine is not PPLNS, but instead blocks are distributed proportionally among valid submitted shares. Have a look and see what Actinium is all about and see if you want to participate and make it grow! It is one of the most fair, honest, transparent projects that exists, and it has big goals (Lightning Network! ). We want more people to write articles and spread the word about ACM. Some of us have started doing just that. You can see these recent articles from the community at the website, under the community section https://actinium.org/. Join the discord https://discord.gg/5xRppjz, check out the pinned messages there. There is some pretty good stuff! Devs are working hard and releasing new things almost on a daily basis (which take some other coin devs weeks/months). Things are coming along well and the community is growing at a nice pace lately I must say. It will be a long road ahead and we will keep on keepin' on!

The hash rate on https://icemining.ca/ is more than 51% of the network hash rate. This is unacceptable and I expect the miners to solve this problem ASAP.If there is no acceptable change within the next 24h I will stop developing this coin, remove all resources under my control (webpage, project sources, mobile app from Google Play, and the seed nodes). I have developed this coin and changed it according to community needs and I also listened to the (GPU) miners when they demanded certain code changes. But cryptocurrencies are not a one-way-street. We must act as a community and take care of core values of our coin. But 51% hashrate is the most extreme anti-value that could ever happen to a coin! This abomination has to end. It must end. And if the miners refuse to listen to the developer of this coin, then I will simply stop developing it. Find another developer. I have no problem with that, because I created this coin without any financial interest and I am still paying for its basic infrastructure. So nobody can say that I did it because of some selfish reasons.

I can no longer run Actinium on Linux amd64. I do not know when this issue started happening, but troubleshooting I have not found a solution. This happens from fresh blockchain sync around ~55K blocks. Have also tried with new wallet with same issue. Have tried GCC 6.4 and 7.3. Code from github tag v0.17.4.0. Problem:Actiniumd crashes while syncing blockchain Steps to reproduce
git clone <actinium github> git checkout tags/v0.17.4.0 ./autogen.sh ./configure make src/Actiniumd
Expected outcomeActiniumd does not crash Actual outcomeAfter a while Actinium crashes with the following error Actiniumd: script/interpreter.cpp:1551: size_t CountWitnessSigOps(const CScript&, const CScript&, const CScriptWitness*, unsigned int): Assertion `(flags & SCRIPT_VERIFY_P2SH) != 0' failed.

Hi, This problem arises when some participants in the network send malformed blocks, like mining pools that have activated SegWit but still using pre-SegWit versions of Actinium. I have already informed the pools to take care of it. Your node behaves "normally" as it simply refuses to accept defect blocks. However, it can be very annoying to click the warning message boxes away, sometimes a dozen of them. But there is a solution which you can find in our FAQ (on Github release pages), also in our Wiki, and in our Discord (#support channel). Basically, you let the wallet sync the chain with a prepared, linearised bootstrap.dat while not using any config file. You only have wallet.dat and the bootstrap.dat in the .actinium folder. Then you start the wallet and let it sync, which will take a few minutes. Another, maybe simpler alternative is to start the Actinium without Actinium.conf but with all flags appended in the command line, like "-daemon -server -rpcport=2300 -rpcuser=YOUR_USER -rpcpassword=blah -rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 -port=4334 -txindex" and let it sync. If there are still problems, please, come to our Discord (#support channel). Regards,

For the record, there is nothing to "click" here - the daemon Actiniumd crashes, and does not post crash information in debug log. The software is not acting normally, it is crashing / quitting. This is not an annoyance; rather, the software is not functioning at all. Just thought I would further clarify, I thought it was clear in the original bug report.
And again, this is a Segwit-enabled tag, with no existing blockchain. This happens on initial sync. This also happened with an existing chain.
Following your instructions, and the FAQ instructions, poses the same problem: the software still crashes, it is still unusable.
Attempting to load with bootstrap.dat, Actiniumd still continues to crash at 64521 height reliably.
Please see the bug report I posted, and let me know if there is anything further I can try / debug. I am competent and willing, do not fear using technical language or tools.
I did not originally notice any instructions regarding this situation, thus my post. I do see now the FAQ entry "My wallet is crashing with a weird message!" but I did not notice because it was not the error message, I am not expecting to look for "weird message" for this issue. Considering the software will not work with the live chain at all (at least on my platform), this seems serious enough to warrant a larger notification surface than the last "FAQ" entry, or figuring out what anomaly is present here.

I know that there is no "click" in daemon. I was simply writing for all possible cases (daemon, GUI). Also, please, try to start the daemon without Actinium.conf and all the flags set I gave you in the example. I had the same issue on one of my servers and it helped to sync the chain. Of course it is a segwit-enabled tag, but as I said, there were mining pools that activated the SegWit option (in their pool software, YIIMP, which has nothing to do with Actinium) and this provoked generation of blocks with a different "magic". The FAQ is available in the Release Notes, in our Discord, and as a separate Wiki entry. I think this is enough to make the information as broadly available as possible. Also, there is always a possibility to open an Issue on GitHub.

I have started Actinium with no flags, with any flags, with no other config - though this should not matter, ultimately it does not matter, it will always crash / quit at the same point. Upon scan of the chain, once this height is reached, the software crashes. This happens from the bootstrap, from the network, or from my old previously working chain. The software does not remain running. Upon relaunching Actiniumd the same issue will occur. The daemon cannot be used with the active chain. It is understandable and that is why I am writing about it here, because I have not developed this coin or worked with any Segwit code.

It is understandable and that is why I am writing about it here, because I have not developed this coin or worked with any Segwit code. The term "weird error" was used because most of our users came with this questions to us, in the Discord. It would be very easy for me to write "Assertion Error in C++ Code - Script Parsing Error - while chain sync". But, we are not here to discuss how we have to talk to our users. Until now every user that had problems with syncing the chain could solve this problem by following the solution I gave you: a) delete everything in .actinium folder except your wallet.dat (not even Actinium.conf should remain there). b) Start the Daemon with the flags -daemon -server -txindex -reindex -port=4334 -rpcport=2300 -rpcuser=user1 -rpcpassword=blah -rpcallowip=127.0.0.1c) Wait for the sync to complete (you can run tail -f $HOME/.actinium/debug.log to watch the sync) After the sync completes you can send commands to the daemon with Actinium-cli (this is the reason I wrote extra RPC flags, so you can still command the daemon as there is no Actinium.conf). Have you executed all steps exactly?

Done b) Start the Daemon with the flags -daemon -server -txindex -reindex -port=4334 -rpcport=2300 -rpcuser=user1 -rpcpassword=blah -rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 Done c) Wait for the sync to complete (you can run tail -f $HOME/.actinium/debug.log to watch the sync) 2018-08-20 07:41:58 UpdateTip: new best=157ae2747c02ea67ebd21fcd16efd3f0ce1dd4a306f106e20ee7971105a6f510 height=64516 version=0x60000000 log2_work=59.373545 tx=76017 date='2018-08-03 11:03:48' progress=0.839189 cache=13.3MiB(102548txo) 2018-08-20 07:41:58 UpdateTip: new best=8997d42b7d6a098984d455bd2c7b0b2ad797c59e31f04423c96ce208e9e1d65d height=64517 version=0x60000000 log2_work=59.373546 tx=76018 date='2018-08-03 11:05:55' progress=0.839202 cache=13.3MiB(102549txo) 2018-08-20 07:41:58 UpdateTip: new best=42682530d0db8b6de2eac6da7a0ce8f606ead1f0330de2ee9ccf9f8f66fdefb9 height=64518 version=0x60000000 log2_work=59.373546 tx=76019 date='2018-08-03 11:06:58' progress=0.839210 cache=13.3MiB(102550txo) 2018-08-20 07:41:58 UpdateTip: new best=a9db26b1a2b69b5ebb7d611002ff147f541a0086482c2590a2ddcbe874e054a1 height=64519 version=0x60000000 log2_work=59.373547 tx=76020 date='2018-08-03 11:08:01' progress=0.839218 cache=13.3MiB(102551txo) 2018-08-20 07:41:58 UpdateTip: new best=b310c459e0d09caa49eafe455a4659641ac99fb6bce3993dd13e77a5e58c5c77 height=64520 version=0x60000000 log2_work=59.373547 tx=76021 date='2018-08-03 11:09:47' progress=0.839229 cache=13.3MiB(102552txo) 2018-08-20 07:41:58 UpdateTip: new best=57246d84152fe24e61b76e70256bc3ec49d9f6750536dd0ca06a5d4dfd705ff5 height=64521 version=0x60000000 log2_work=59.373548 tx=76022 date='2018-08-03 11:12:14' progress=0.839245 cache=13.3MiB(102553txo) Actiniumd: script/interpreter.cpp:1551: size_t CountWitnessSigOps(const CScript&, const CScript&, const CScriptWitness*, unsigned int): Assertion `(flags & SCRIPT_VERIFY_P2SH) != 0' failed. After the sync completes you can send commands to the daemon with Actinium-cli (this is the reason I wrote extra RPC flags, so you can still command the daemon as there is no Actinium.conf). I understand what a command line argument is, and what Actinium.conf is for; regardless, following the above still results in the same outcome: Actiniumd has crashed Have you executed all steps exactly?
Yes, I don't know how I can be any more clear. I would not be posting saying I have done it for several posts now if it worked. What I could offer you for testing is a separate build, made from a branch that has an extra check for the problematic block (actually, it's the TX in this block that is problematic). I have done some local tests here and although my machines never crash I think it would be of advantage to test what happens when you sync with this alternative build that explicitly overcomes the ASSERTION that provokes the crash. Please, let me know if you'd like to test it. ---EDIT --- Here is the branch "interpreter-fix": https://github.com/Actinium-project/Actinium/tree/interpreter-fixIf you have time, please compile it and let me know if you can sync the chain. Many thanks! ---EDIT 2-- Forgot to mention that the above branch is based on the current 0.17.5.0-BETA which contains built-in Tor. This of course has nothing to do with your problem, but just in case you were wondering why the version number changed. Tor itself is inactive by default. You have to activate it with torenabled=1 in Actinium.conf.

Was able to build the Synchronization-Fix tag on my system (with shared libs, had to specify LIBS="-lcap -lcrypto -llzma -lseccomp" with Actinium to build with shared Tor), tested, and it works fine after a sync from network. However any use of reindex will cause it to fail again, or fail initially if specified. I am up and running at the moment, but anything that could cause reindexing (daemon crash or unexpected stop, unexpected system reboot, etc) will trigger this again.
Thanks for looking into this.
EDIT: spoke too soon, after a while it crashed with the same error again, with no corresponding debug entries - just connection logs.

Have not compiled Linux version of 0.17.5.0, only macOS and Windows. Thanks for the hint with the shared libs. I will later look into it. When syncing with -reindex did you use -txindex as well? --EDIT-- After the first start with -txindex -reindex I later remove -reindex and leave only -txindex. --EDIT 2-- I've added those missing Libs to Makefile.am so you don't have to type them manually.

What I am saying is, is if -reindex is specified at all, Actiniumd will crash at the same block height posted above. txindex does not matter, on or off it will crash. Sometimes I can get an initial sync to work with it but usually it will crash. After initial sync, any future run of the software even without -reindex (as should normally be done) will crash.
I have tried initial sync with -reindex -txindex, only running -txindex later, it eventually crashes / quits shortly after launch just like before.

I have tried initial sync with -reindex -txindex, only running -txindex later, it eventually crashes / quits shortly after launch just like before.
On any of my machines, macOS/Win/Linux, the sync runs without any errors. Actually, it already ran with the normal verison 0.17.4.0, but it's also syncing with the "special edition". I really don't know what could be the next option to try. I have released the binaries for macOS & Windows in the posting above, so I will wait for user reports before trying anything else as it's simply too dangerous to change the code without more data from different users. Sorry that I can't help you find a solution but for now I have no other option to try. --EDIT-- I will now push another variant that is more tolerant towards those few problematic transactions. Another user (windows box) reported a similar issue. However, I didn't get the info on what block, so we will have to test it step-by-step. But I have checked the code and comments from Bitcoin team and according to them, a block could also have Witness Data appended even if there was no SegWit activated. A bit of background info here: We didn't activate SegWit by default, but had a normal voting period. I could have put SegWit to active from the beginning, but I wanted to make it "clean". However, some mining pool operators mistakenly activated the SegWit-option in their mining software (like YIIMP) which of course has nothing to do with our Wallet/daemon or even voting period. And because Witness Data could also be appended when there is no SegWit active, such blocks would look problematic to the wallets. Some time ago I have already informed certain miners to deactivate the settings, if they're running the old Actinium versions, or to update them. However, there are a few blocks which are valid, but also contain "too much" data so to speak. Therefore I will now create a new variant that accepts those redundant data from the past. --EDIT 2-- The fix is now available on GitHub, same branch. Please, test if you have time (I hope you didn't run away *lol*) and let me know if it works on your side. Many thanks!

Thanks for the explanation, that makes sense. The error message made me suspect some issue with Segwit implementation but I did not know or understand the details. You've made it clear.
The latest interpreter-fix branch synced up immediately without crashing and has been running for a while now. So it seems to be fixed at least as far as I can tell. If it crashes again I will post but it has not behaved this well (staying connected, receiving new blocks over time) in all my tests so far. Good work figuring that one out.
Edit: Still works fine. Also built fine with updated makefile. Problems resolved. Cannot send you BCT message because newbie status. Cannot send discord message as your server requires phone verification; I won't provide that. Ultimately you fixed the bug, I just reported it, so PHoKcBCcoWCToPyzh3AFDj1qQ3zZxwYgve (I think solicited non-incentivized non-giveaway address is fine?) or faucet it. thanks =)

Glad to hear that! Good to know that our Linux users can also participate in the network without crashes. The more different systems we support, the better for us all. Of course, if you find any other problem, please report. Also via GitHub if you like. Btw. we have a Bounty Fund which we use to reward people who help the project and I would like to send you some bounties. If you like to get some ACM, please, send me your address via DM. You can also do this via Discord/Telegram if you are member there. Best regards, and thanks again!

If you have problems with mining then come to our Discord, channel #mining. There is no default config for all possible miner software. If you need the Actinium.conf then download the Windows Zip file, unpack it and take the conf from there.

Icemining has passed 62% net hash, I think..
It's normal again, below 50%. From time to time there are spikes, because we are a new coin without many investors. And as more & more people are joining us there are some smaller "mining rushes" that lead to such spikes. We try to do our best to avoid longer +51% situations.

This is not true. The current statistics show that there is a plenty of room for many miners. There is no imbalance as you can see here: https://miningpoolstats.stream/actiniumIf you like, join other miners in https://goldmine.actinium.org that is our(non-commercial) community-pool which gives the 1% fee to project's Bounty Fund.

I have find a old shitcoin wallet on my desktop and some coins from mining. What must I do to switch this coin in a actinium wallet?
Download latest release from our homepage, install it, then put your wallet.dat into Actinium folder (make a backup first!), then start Wallet.

After you have installed Actinium the wallet.dat you find there will be empty, because it's the one created by the Wallet on the first start. You will have to put your old wallet and _replace_ the wallet.dat created by Actinium. Or did you mean "your old wallet" was empty? Well, then you will have to search for other wallets Good luck!

We have submitted our new mobile wallet to Apple.
But it will take some time until we get to the AppStore as Apple is pretty strict.
And there will be a testing phase as well. A few selected members from our Discord will participate in it.
At the same time we publish the iOS mobile app we will publish the Android variant as well.

I updated my wallet, but it is my curiosity on the requirement of the version. Has it been a optional (unmandatory) or mandatory upgrade? We always declare versions as mandatory when they are. However, one should always keep wallets up to date. Only if you are operating a mining pool you can decide differently. But as a user you should keep it updated.

I saw some guys worn signature of Actinium, but the OP only presents information on Discord Invite bounty. Are there open and joinable signature one for supporters? Can you give me link (if available and joinable), please. We don't have explicit signatures on bitcointalk and the Discord Invite Bounty is no longer active. But there are other ways to get bounties, like building own ACM Lightning Nodes (check #lightning-users channel in our Discord for more info). I will now remove the old bounty entry from OP (thanks for the info, and send me your ACM address to my DM here so I can send you a bounty)

There is no "revenue". You can only mine coins. Check the original posting for more details. Currently, the block reward is 50ACM.

Hi brakmic! I've read your BluePaper of Actinium project. It looks at least interesting. I think it's enough important that Actinium had no premine, dev reward etc. At the moment it's very rare project. So I would like to suggest a promotion of Actinium by creating a Bitcointalk Signature pack. It will be free for you. Feel free to contact me if interest in. Also you can check my portfolio: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5063787.0

BTC Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System BTC A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution. Digital signatures provide part of the solution, but the main benefits are lost if a trusted third party is still required to prevent double-spending. We propose a solution to the double-spending problem using a peer-to-peer network. The network timestamps transactions by hashing them into an ongoing chain of hash-based proof-of-work, forming a record that cannot be changed without redoing the proof-of-work. The longest chain not only serves as proof of the sequence of events witnessed, but proof that it came from the largest pool of CPU power. As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers. The network itself requires minimal structure. Messages are broadcast on a best effort basis, and nodes can leave and rejoin the network at will, accepting the longest proof-of-work chain as proof of what happened while they were gone.

We use bitcointalk only to inform our users about technical development. Of course, our members can create those banners individually and in fact some of them have already done it. But in general the Actinium Project never buys any external services (banners, youtube promotions, or twitter).

We are not on CryptoBridge, but you can buy our coin on the alternative dex called Bisq: https://bisq.network/The other exchanges were TradeOgre, Crex24, and Bitfex.

You can use either of them. Litecoin-based variant is legacy software, we have stopped development on this branch, only security updates. Bitcoin-based is the modern branch, with full development, all features. But they are compatible to each other. You are on the same blockchain, no matter what version you use.

LOLAmateurs dump at negligible prices. Professionals turn even shitcoins to gold. Go and play somewhere else. We're too busy experimenting with our Lightning Network. Soon also a wallet that supports Trezor and Ledger. Brain hurt much?

Hi FUDster, we've been missing you. Much salty? Trading on TO is fine, just checked it. Trading on Crex24 is halted because they decided it. Also, it's very easy to talk about stuff when you're neither responsible for anything nor have any valid arguments. But if possible, please, don't spam this thread with useless FUD. Ok, you said your opinion and many thanks for it. But repeating it again and again doesn't make it anything else than just an "opinion". Have a nice day and better go learning something exciting, like our Lightning Network for example. We just ported LND, the daemon from Lightning Labs.

There is always a certain risk in anything we do. However, I don't see any option for you to reduce your losses by spamming this thread with your (unproven!) claims. However, unlike you I have really invested thousands of $$ and countless hours of my free time into this project and it's easily to find in our discord ( https://discord.actinium.org). Keyboard cowboys like you provide no evidence, only internet graffiti. But, we all know that Bitcointalk very often serves as a public toilet for people who have too much free time. Better do something more productive.

ACM is profitable right now because no one in their right mind will mine it given the massive risk of mining on the wrong chain.
I can show you over 20k of my mined ACM orphaned if you want evidence. crex24 have disabled ACM due to double spend attack and have contacted you to contribute ACM to cover their losses from the double spending. Lastly Tradeogre confirms are now 2000 blocks (around a week per transaction). Do you refute the above "evidence" or just blinded by arrogance?

You seem to know more about Crex24 than I do. Insider knowledge? I too would be very salty if I couldn't dump on others. If you posses those coins. But no evidence so far. Only "I could show you". If you ever could you surely wouldn't be waiting for anyone. FUDsters are so transparent. No wonder I banned you in our Discord.

@T3NZ Do you have nothing better to do than to come here and tell things that are not true? Maybe you'd better go find out something before you come with FUD or been a Troller.... looks like you has been scammed many times, I think you reply to the wrong page .... go and search bittconnect please and troll there! Happy ACM community member!

The mining pool with the address PFvvAPzSXRKw2Pqcnur9A5Cu33NPr7ACsD is still not mining SegWit transactions. Please change your pool's settings. (7th january tweet) https://twitter.com/i/web/status/1082248576993054726It's not ACM problem if the pool has made an error...

okay and explanation for crex24 and double spend attack? How about tradeogre and the 2000 confirms? Everything is normal is it?
Activate SegWit first then we can talk and you can get your blocks in future. About Crex24 I have written enough in Telegram and Discord. If you apologize for your FUD our admins will unban you. Then you can read everything because I have already invested enough time. TO increased confs because I asked them. Unlike many other projects we would rather suffer price loss than double spends. And there was no double spend in Crex24 The whole story is still unfolding, but some is already written in Discord and Telegram Now, please, activate SegWit Cheers

@t3nz can you say whats the pool where are you mining?
I can unban you from discord, but I would like you to try to talk calmly with the community. Actinium is not to blame for mistakes made by third parties. We have always been honest and transparent in this project, so we would like you to discuss with us, but always with respect.

Wrong chain?
I think you as pool operator should know that a pending transaction means "it's in memory pool" of participating nodes. How on Earth should they then be on a wrong chain at the same time? Also check if you can execute replace-by-fee.

Wrong chain?
So I checked it for you (why I have to do this, we have publicly available explorers for everyone?) Your transaction got mined by a block that was rejected (I wrote already about this in Discord, and because we unbanned you I don't want to repeat myself). Therefore, there is no chain split or anything like that. Your transaction simply landed in a block that was rejected by the network. Nothing exceptional and also nothing to worry about. You still have your coins. So, please, learn some blockchain basics first, because naming things wrongly only increases confusion in this very complex area. You can join our learning groups in #bitcoin-education and #lightning-users channels in Discord, if you like. We all learn, we all make mistakes, but we try not to repeat them. Here the orphaned block with your transaction in it (it was mined by some other miner, not you, so you can't say someone "didn't like you"): https://explorer.actinium.org/block/3f7d0ea57d419246b7bdd2180cad32ef4097a20be19cf2522edc96829f07c1ec

^^^^^ this is why ACM is such a great coin and community. Someone mistakenly spreading mis-information is educated and shown the truth so they can learn and verify themselves
Do yourself a favor and join the discord and view all of the amazing resources to learn about Actinium, crypto, bitcoin, block chain, lightning network and more.
Really great information and great community

This is our TESTNET Chain. This is where we test software, before releasing it to the public. Usually, projects have not only a "mainnet" but also a "testnet" and there is also an option to run a "regtest", a local chain for development purposes. thanks for the answer. I see that these are serious guys, you need to take a closer look at this project.

hey guys, anyone watching this thread? @Brakmic - fantastic job on all the development, it's impressive as hell how much you did. I'm interested in acquiring some Actinium to experiment with, nothing significant - would be willing to trade for some True Dividend Crypto (TDC) or perhaps even some Chaincoin (CHC). Feel free to message me here or on discord

It looks like the best days of this coin are over. There is no activity on this forum, I looked at Twitter, not a single tweet in six months. As often happens, the idea did not find the proper application and response in the community and the developers gradually reduced their activity. What will happen next with this coin?

What do you expect for an almost dead project since its lunch. Sad to see this project inactive after all the development made by its Devs, they used no promotions and took no parts from the mined coins. Last version released was in last February. No updates for GitHub as well. Neither in Reddit. Creator of this topic also didn't be active since months ago. I visited their telegram channel; seems to be more active, but most discussions for the last five to six months reveals how the community is confused about the future of this project.

This is not true. The project is alive and well. The code is getting updated almost on a daily basis. Yes, it's true that we're not very active on Reddit or Twitter, but this is because we prefer Discord and Telegram. You can always build the latest version on your machine. There are several tutorials for Windows, macOS, and Linux inside the "doc" folder in Actinium-ng project in our GitHub. Our releases are not very frequent simply because we don't want our users to be continuously updating their software. As long as they keep their coins safe (like Trezor, which supports our coin btw.) then everything will be fine. Regards,
