There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

For anyone looking for a stable pool that's on the RIGHT chain, HashStrike has just added a LeafCoin pool.  We're just getting started and I only have my own miners on the coin at the moment, but more of our own hashrate will be coming in shortly.

  • 0% fees
  • Stratum / PPLNS
  • Dual Xeon server with tons of RAM
  • Experienced admins with other pools (Karma, MINT, and OnionCoin at the moment)
  • Support via Email, Twitter, and IRC

# HashStrike $ Mining Pools -- Ruby -- Karma -- Mint -- Leaf -- Zeit -- Syn
** Low Fees ** Awesome support ** Super stable **

same.. more than 2 days now. They say they are updating LEAF. it makes me think Cryptsy doesn't want us to sell.

I initiated the transfer when LEAF was at 16.. its down to 13 now. https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/148.

Maybe one shouldn't shuttle between Cryptsy and personal wallet.

thank you again!
so i just need to update my leafcoind wallet and p2pool from Rav3n (you are using it? ) git repo and everything should work?
Yes, Rav3n repository should work fine.
I started with blixnood repo because of his front-end modification, but for now it seems that Rav3n repository is more updated with some patches from forrestv.
Anyway you can even get forrestv repository, replace /p2pool/networks.py and /p2pool/bitcoin/networks.py with ones from Rav3n, and replace /web-static/ with front-end modified by blixnood or this one (looks so) - it should work.

Maybe you'll find a good guide on setting Litecoin (or any Scrypt-based) P2Pool node - it will be helpful to make first steps correctly.
I used this one in Russian.

Cryptsy probably has more urgent issues @ mind... like transaction malleability on BTC.

It seems that leafcoind on your node is not updated.
Compare time to block with others: 1, 2, 3

By the way http://rav3n.dtdns.net:9166/static/ is updated now, so everyone's welcome to this Rav3n's node.

Hi, I have some issues here.

I mined on a pool and widthdraw coins no issue. Then for a reason all widthdraw don't make it to my wallet. About 600K coins.

Is there a way to rebuild wallet without loosing anything accumulated in wallet? Or remove the nodes from the console and add some othe nodes?

How can I get those coins back into my wallet since they are lost for now?

EDIT:
I now saw that the pool (leaf.luckyminers) has wrong chain (was update on 1st page). What cna I do about this?

I am on the correct version,          (or am I not?)
Please correct me if I am wrong,...
{
    "version" : 80602,
    "protocolversion" : 80007,
    "walletversion" : 60000,
    "balance" : 0.00000000,

    "paytxfee" : 0.00000000,
    "mininput" : 0.01000000,
    "errors" : ""
}

since we are on the correct daemon, maybe we should block out the others on the wrong chain.. I am patiently waiting for every one else to update..            I am not sure how that would work, but I am willing to try..

If a pool owner cares about their reputation,

Yeah in that particular case one never utters the words "I don't have time to check xxx". If you don't have time to keep up, you've overstretched yourself or its time to delegate. Done.

Doubtful almost anyone other then the Dev is working full-time on leaf.  So it can be asserted that most of us have other jobs and/or outside responsibilities. Yet, mysteriously, nearly everyone managed to update, including pools. Of the multiple pools I use 100% had notices posted about updates, and posted about their own updates. -That- is caring about your reputation, not attempting to blame others, no matter what the course of events.

cryptexplorer is on the wrong version of the wallet.  explorer and explorer2 are on the correct wallet
