beta update seems to be stable from what I can tell ;-)
Anyway we going to test it more until tomorrow, so the update will be on friday, 11th april 18-20 o'clock GMT
We did not only fixed the bug caused the crash in the first beta try as you will see tomorrow in the client / change log.
Excited to see if it will work tomorrow. If not we might need to adjust the launch date a bit - but lets see. There were lots of improvements made in this update (plus many more boundary checks and security checks as well if a specific network message is allowed at a specific time e.g.). So it should be way more robust against malicious attackers as well this time. We are optimistic that this version will not crash again (well in fact it did not hard crashed but all nodes got out of sync to each other).
Hello eXo_coin
I have PM you, I want to join, but I did not leave a mailbox, there is no problem?Yesterday PM you, I am waiting for your reply.
Going to check. See your PMs in a minute
This is a bit too serious. Could you do it in pink and comic sans pls!
ok ok ok.
pink next time ha.
to exo_coin:
so what's the meaning behind the name exo? why did you choose it?
I imagine exo coin like a xenomorph from Alien and the alien's name is Exo
Good question! Actually it is a nickname from former times (if you check multiplayer games about 10 years ago you would maybe find a reference - it was a clan tag;))
Since then I did not used the name regularily but still like the name very much.
When does the eXocoin second beta test start?
see above
@eXo_coin - Regarding the 10 minute block generation time, will it be changed when the 100% PoS is implemented?
Can someone answer this question?
Sorry didn't see that the first time you wrote it.
Since the coin is designed to be PoS and the PoW is just an "appendix" the mining time is a result from the PoS block generation time.
To make it clear: yes - the 10 minutes will stay after mining is done.
Going to process the PMs in 5 to 6 hours again.
regards
