Main reason for the price drop

Many factors if you want to know the reasons for the price drop. But in my opinion, the decline in prices after a big increase is something reasonable, because bitcoin prices move from high demand. So if be considered after the big increase happens then there will be many people who sell bitcoin and market will fall if big sales happen and crash will happen so fast.

Only one way we can do is to control the emotional state we have and stay patient, patience is necessary because with it then we will be able to get much better results. Compared when we experience panic then it will be much worse. Patience will help us to achieve much better results, although the price risks continue to decline, but we believe that crypto will grow so that someday the price of crypto will surely increase. It happens also during this month, see that those who are patient will definitely get much better results when the price increases as it is today. Just imagine when they sell Bitcoin when the price of 6,000USD definitely not too large profits and may even lose because they sell Bitcoin they have much cheaper than when they were selling it. This is a strategy in doing Trading, believe that when we believe in the coin we have then we have the opportunity to achieve much better results.

Exactly and in my opinion, there are so many reasons for the drop in the value of crypto currency. Prominent among them is the factors that reduce the demand for the crypto. Risk in the investment is something that declines the demand for a specific asset. Price stability also matters a lot.

When the price is not stable, the demand sharply declines and vice versa. The activity of Whales for their own interest in the market is a potential threat to the extension and progress of the technology.

The price has increased a little today but it is not a permanent or satisfactory increase though it is required at this stage but we need more improvement to see a bull market in the future days. this is only possible if we do not sell out at this stage to see a little increase can not make us sell and if we do so then the price will go high and we will see a better value soon in future days.

The value has improved today and few days ago it declined but people are trying to know that what is the reason or major reason for its price alteration. Now the general rule says that buying rate means demand rate when increases or decreases the price also changes in the direction of demand rate. Current price has increased which means that the buying rate has increased and we need further improvement like this in order to reach at our destinations.

In my knowledge when crypto drop the reasons behind the drop in the past was the high selling and short selling while some time bad news regarding crypto comes in the market which also change the crypto price. I think it's as a result of various negative news leading to low confidence in the market

To me I think that the panic selling is the main reason for the price to drop, we have experienced that once the price start decreasing its price the inexperienced investors and trader get panic and then they try to sell their stock even with a big lost which create selling pressure in the market and therefore the price continue to drop.

this is very normal condition, you can check the history of btc from 2014 to up to now, its really pump and dump.

In my opinion pump and dump is not a big problem. It is normal, but scams, hacking, manipulation are the main reasons that avoid people to putting their money in cryptocurrency. Everyone wants output of their investment and if they lose they will never put their money again in such a risky sector. Otherwise I think that crypto is the most profitable investment.

I like we have this thread still being posted while the price is clearly in a positive phase and very likely has beaten its negative trend of the last few months.    Its a contrary indicator that so long as people are still apprehensive we can very likely see gains.

When everyone expects a rise then I get fearful but this is no problem.   Wall of worry they sometimes they call this, its no negative to not expect gains thats fine and I just consider a little bonus every time we go up a bit.   Generally the price rises, comes back a bit then settles for a while and continue up again.    No reason for great alarm really, if theres a drop usually someone is trying to unsettle the price for a cascade gain from a short.

Yeah you are right, the main problem is low demand from people all over the world and that is because of the fear to lose their investment due to fall in the price. Other reason is market manipulation. Big investors manipulate the market according to their well and they never let small investors to earn money from their investment. it is bad for bitcoin promotion.

Drops can be caused by a several factors.

Most dips are caused by the whales selling - to make money off their positions - but some are caused by news events too, like exchanges hacks, government regulations, important influences etc.

We all know this thing quite well that all the crypto currencies are volatile in nature and that the market value of different crypto coins keeps on changing with time. For now, the market is facing some serious issues and that because of which the market is falling. Bitcoin demand is low these days because people are putting their money in Altcoin because they possesses more potential than bitcoin. Bitcoin price is so volatile that nobody trusts it and everybody wants profit against their investment. Due to volatility in the price its market demand is low but now I think it will go up because there is little bit growth in the price.

From those reasons the end users are victims of miscalculations, we do know that after the downfall bounce back will happen, I just don't get the point of those who always in a panic mode when things seems to be dropping they forget about the principle of trading, buy low and sell high, never to invest with something you really don't understand so you will avoid mistakes and loses.
