I personally don't believe that there's a right time to invest in alts. If you're a long term investor, just wisely the alt to choose invest in, i.e after proper research, then put your money where your heart is.

For me, altcoins are right for investing, of course there are certainly a lot,
but the most important thing is ethereum because its future is promising,
although at this time the price is down but I'm sure it will be recovered

basically all altcoins are good for investment but only a few will last long-term and can continue to increase in value significantly.
ethereum does not need to be doubted to invest, especially in the long term, now ethereum has increased a bit and I think that has proven that the price can be recovered.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

buying altcoin now can be a good idea because the price is not too high and we can choose any cheap coin price. I think, for now, people which have limited funds can buy a big amount of the cheap coins and they can expect to make a lot of profit in the future. the altcoin can also help them to gain a big profit too especially if the altcoin price can increase in the short time. and if I still have money, I will pick one or more cheap coins to buy and hold it until the price increase.

Well I Dont think they will be a right time or moment to buy into the market, its best to enter when you feel its right. As for me its the right time to buy in, since the market is terrible. I advice not to expect a quick return.
