What's up with the site not updating lately.

Is it a problem with Gox or clarkmoody.com?

Is it a problem with Gox or clarkmoody.com?

It seems the Mt. Gox socket.io connection is not sending down data, unless you leave the site up for a little while.

I'm working on an update to the site that will make things better. As always, stay tuned and thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for the update, the site is great BTW. I feel lost when it's not working right.  Shocked

Any chance that you will offer a free trial(10 days or so) on your pay site RTBTC?

I'd like to check it out first to see if I like it before signing up.

The 15-day subscription is reasonable, and it should be enough to get you hooked Smiley

I hate your site, it's retarded. You fail.
It's the only one that goes down all the time.

Thanks for the constructive criticism.

In response:
a) No one if forcing you to use the site.
b) I've just updated the connection. It should be much more stable.

The other sites don't have this problem. It's a problem on your end.

c) The problem is was entirely with the Mt. Gox socket.io data feed.

Post deleted, I'm being a bit harsh. Just upset that I missed watching some front row popcorn action on Clarkmoody. Thanks for the fix.

What browser / OS are you using?

Did you enable "Show Depth Messages in Console" from the Controls?

I'm also getting issues with it not working in Firefox with Windows 8 - showing no Time & Sales, and not updating the bid/ask prices.
It does work fine on Chrome on my machine - but I use Firefox as my browser of choice.

Yeah this is weird. I will be looking into it shortly.

Is there any way to set a threshold on the Time and Sales window to ignore sales below a certain amount?  I find the spammy 0.01 BTC trades annoying.
