About difficulty decreasing: >maxcoind getmininginfo { "blocks" : 194, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 121.07646231, "errors" : "", "generate" : true, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 17944, "networkhashps" : 16380589263, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false } MaxCoin will have a zero % premine, proven by the timestamps of the first blocks in a block explorer, and we have attempted to combat low-difficulty instamining with a fast retarget rate up until block 200. At block 200 the Kimoto Gravity Well implementation will take over the retargeting. Let's look at Kimoto >maxcoind getmininginfo { "blocks" : 202, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 18.57473423, "errors" : "", "generate" : true, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 23149, "networkhashps" : 16572957135, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false } Kimoto works!

"Keep trying, you will sync eventually. There's really heavy network load at the moment - but you will succeed eventually"
I've wasted my evening on this shit. Couldn't connect to a single node. Anal clowns.

sure you will not premine this coin, you will just start mining at launch alone while providing false/idiotic/totally chaotic information to others about how to mine with command prompts and lists of todo's that are broken.
cheers to fairness

CryptX.io Will No Longer Be Hosting MaxcoinWe are dedicated to running an exchange that our customers can trust to provide promising cryptocurrencies in a modern and fast environment. Maxcoin devs have shown they are a mickey mouse operation who can't change a configuration file and upload a git repository without causing a load of drama, and that is, quite frankly, worrying. I would wish the best of luck to those who decide to invest time and money into maxcoin despite this, but I would feel sorry for those people you would leave holding the bag. If you'd like to suggest a coin that isn't completely amateur hour for CryptX, pop on down to http://reddit.com/r/CryptX and make a new thread. Cheers, Nick Now you received a new trader, way to go, trash this coin
