Hello demonmaestro,
From unpaid/canceled orders, is there any quantity still available from Batch #1 ? I am looking to buy 20 units and would reserve these immediately. Can you confirm when Batch #1 order will be shipped to your buyers ? What about Batch #2 ?
Cheers.

hey pire....i think they ship monday to us buyers. I know he has 10 from someone backing out in batch 1, and might have like 1-3 after that, but the rest are pretty much paid for. I don't see him online, but he will be one to give you final answer.

These are still majorly expensive compared to ATI cards. http://bitcoinwisdom.com/litecoin/calculator shows that given same power consumption a 280x ($450 for 700 KHS) ROIs in 3 months as opposed to dual miners ($850 for 700KHS), which ROIs in 6 months. Long term DMs obviously win with break-even as compared to 280x at about 575 days. Also I can put reasonably easy 4x 280x in a single computer for 2,800 KHS with two 800W PSUs ($220) . I can double that hashing with 2,800/70=40 sticks and 4 USB hubs at $30 each and NO additional PSUs. If only they would come down in price a bit OK, I persuaded myself with this writing to order 5 Please put me in the queue for Batch 1 if the late payers don't pay. Otherwise put in Batch 2. If you can get price down to $60-ish I will buy WAY more.

Almost no heat/Noise/power consumption. yea they are lacking in the hashing power but it would be nice to get rid of the noisy power hungry rigs...

Almost no heat/Noise/power consumption. yea they are lacking in the hashing power but it would be nice to get rid of the noisy power hungry rigs... Noise and heat are not an issue for majority of people doing more than a few thousand USD worth of mining gear. There are only TWO factors important in ROI: initial investment and $/generated hash. Currently Dualminer is excellent in $/generated hash and poor in initial investment. All people doing script mining already have computers loaded with ATI cards. I have no desire to REPLACE my cards, but doubling (or more) capacity with 4xUSB hubs and dualminers MAY become attractive. When the price/khash of Dualminer starts approaching ATI cards, then hell yeah, I will throw cards out and start getting into USB setup again (same thing that happened with SHA256). Till then, R9s are the king. The main problem is not noise or heat, but how much money I can make/lose. It's all about ROI.

My power bill is maxed out because I can not pull more than 20A per circuit in my house and I already used all circuits. I can increase hashing power dramatically with ASIC Srypt but so will everybody else. Once difficulty jumps, there is little you can do but keep adding more equipment till you reach your capacity again. Despite some crazy stories of people setting their rigs on fire, 99%+ of people did not have fire.

ROI<- whats that. (I know what it means) I mine for the hell of it and the network security. Making money on it is just an added bonus.
