Hey man, go ahead and keep my portion of partial refund. I think it's great you paid BTC out of your own wallet to help out us group buyers.

Overclocking Dual Miners

Just thought I would share what I have found in testing these if you want to try and squeeze a bit more out of these.

You can change the clock frequency on these if you edit the btc/ltc bat files. The defaults are btc 500 MHZ and LTC 400 MHZ if running in dual mode.

My BTC.bat cgminer.exe --dualminer-pll 600
MY LTC bat cgminer.exe --dualminer-pll 485

I have a small $5 fan cooling these and have not had an issue other than a few HW errors. If you are running LTC Only you should be able to add --dualminer-pll 850 up to 900

so you are saying you could run cgminer by it self now?

Yeah i do not use there GUI interface, but you have to use their version of cgminer with the -S commands

MY BTC.BAT  for 7 miners

cgminer.exe --dualminer-pll 600 --dualminer-btc 64 --per-device-stats -o stratum+tcp://mybtcminingpool:port -u myworkername -p mypassword -S //./COM35 -S //./COM37 -S //./COM39 -S //./COM41 -S //./COM43 -S //./COM33 -S //./COM45

when i set my PLL to 800,850,or even 900 my WU rate is too low.. maybe i need to go lower

EDIT: PLL 775 looks like a winner

How does the .bat determine if it's btc/ltc or just ltc?  What do I need to do for ltc only?

but whats your WU at?

at PLL 775 im at 139kh/s with 2 dualminers and my WU is only 12.3, so it seems like i still need to find a better sweet spot

You need to make sure the miner dip switch is set to "L" and use the LTC Only bat file.

OK, so I sent you 0.542 earlier
txid: https://blockchain.info/tx/a1596593779d421eb04d816b16eec042cc3e00d9e7f1b4e859fa9b9aaf567d84

My total for 5 now is 0.662.
I would have taken 10, but for price fluctuations I will go with my original order of 5.
So now I owe you 0.12 BTC, right?
