I am very interested to know if cryptocurrency wallets like Bitcoin Core, NEON, Electrum can ever be hacked ?

Everything can be hacked if you give your house lock key to another boss. When you will give your wealth to another he will not stolen??  On the other hand you kept it in a house where a thief can easily access and stolen your keys. That's way may be your wallets stolen. So be careful every seconds in technical world.

All wallets can be cracked, as strong as any security of your wallet if you give private key or you are always phishing on the web or an address asking for a wallet password to login on their web page, your wallet will be easy to hack.

There are possibilities that cryptocurrency wallets can be hacked. It is really good if we will research secured wallets for us to ensure that our cryptocurrencies are safe and secured.

I think the answer should be possible, the road is high onefeet evil spirit is high one a unit of length , there is no absolute security mode, don't underestimate the ability of any hacker to invade your wallet.

Yes they can be hacked especially when the hackers knows that you have a lot of money in your wallet then they will dibd a way just to get or to steal that money you have. Especially when you are storing your money into your online wallet it is easier for them to hacked it because online world is very accessible. So just stored it on your offline wallet and took care of it.

There is no cryptocurrency wallet that cannot be hacked. All you need is to protect yourself from the hackers by ensuring you protect your private keys.

Why not. Don't be deceived by the 2FA security measures. If you have ever threaded the waters of any crypto service you will have to go through a tedious security on-boarding which includes complex and long phrases and codes to remember or store securely somewhere. Yes, you are in control of your own assets but the price to pay is that you are in charge of your own security. And since most people are not security experts, they are very much often exposed, without knowing. I am always amazed to see how many people, even tech savvy ones, don’t take basic security measures.

Take Browser extensions as an example. Some extensions are claiming they will improve your user experience on trading sites. Except they may read at the same time all your typing there. Stick with the ugly user experience, you’ll be safer.

My advice is, make sure you do NOT download any crypto extensions. Browser in “Private mode” where usually extensions are disabled. Or use a fresh browser only for this. You can take a look at Brave which is a Blockchain native browser with built-in wallet

Yes that was really possible to happen. Now that our technology is getting into its higher innovation, the possibility of getting hacking tools and skills is also getting intense since anything can be surely possible with people's greed. Even the most secured facility can be hacked so it can also be possible with the cryptocurrency wallets we have. So better took good care and avoid spoiling out information and avoid anonymous transactions from the one you don't know because it might serve as a key for them to hack your wallet so be carefule because we don't know who, when and how hackers move.

I agree to that, it is best to choose the exchange that has a lot of people that are using it because they are very trustworthy and for sure they have a high level of security because they are protecting their reputation and they don't want to lose it so they are always very careful in their security.

Yes they can be hacked. Hearing the news about exchanges been hacked, what more these wallet are more likely to be hacked. Less news of wallet hacking simply because hackers are still focus on bigger exchange. So, better to improve the security features of every aspect of cryptocurrency industry.

If we will not secure our private key or password there is a big possibility that it might be hacked. Sad to say it is very hard to retrieve that again, since it has no third party involve in crypto world. Nobody you can run to, no one you can blame on it. Government has no control to your money in crypto so its our responsibility to take care of it, to make it safe from hackers.

It can be hacked if you give your important thing like password or private key. You know scammers do all the things just to get our valuable things and they can manipulate our minds to provide all that they want.
Even though you didn't give your important details such as password they can hacked your acc once they know your IP address.
