If it is holding process then I am sure altcoins are not the good option to do so. The reason is simple one, altcoins are very very volatile in terms of pricing. So it could happen that they may drop down below with dramatic changes and thus may take long period to recover from it. If not then they could also go scam eventually if projects did not work properly. However bitcoin and also ethereum (exception) are currencies which will have no end and mostly they will get revived if they get into the dips. So better choose them carefully if you wish to invest into them

more than 40% is in the top coins, the rest is scattered in hundreds of other coins. this gives a diverse and strong portfolio growth

Hey guys, do you think It is better to hold main crypto currencies like bitcoin it ether? Or you hold all your money in alt coins?

I vote all the time for keeping your money in cryptocurrencies which have reached some significant results yet. It is easy to find such currencies. There are too many altcoins on the market so it is necessary to look for most reliable ones.
Eidoo, Ethlend and from top 20.

Investors always play safe dude. No one does it like having just one crypto. Everyone expands their portfolio into around 5 different coins and placing their bets on each of the 5 coins.

If you are looking for a long steady investment in assets, then you will need to hold the big guns like btc and eth but if you want something swift and easy, you should definitely buy altcoin but remember they all come with their relative risks

For me, interms for long term investment it would be better investing in bitcoin And eth both are reliable coins and already proven to many investors, yes there are a lot of coins in the market but we dont know whats their real value, for sure just choose the coins that has already good history in crypto.

If you are not sure, then it's best to keep your money in the dollar. Wait for bitcoin to fall below $ 5,000.

I prefer 50% bitcoin, 30% ethereum and 20% altcoin. You better hold bitcoin or ethereum because of its stability in the market, you can choose on some promising altcoin in a market you trust that will give you a good profit in the future.

The most reliable option is to invest in ETH and BTC and hold these coins.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are fundamental coins that must be kept in your crypto portfolio. Personally, I allocate 10 percent of the total capital for these coins. The rest is distributed among the young Aldonis small . As I see them as a great prospect of growth.

I have quite a bit of Btc, there is Eth, but not as much as I would like. Btc and Eth occupy about 50% of my crypto portfolio. And the remaining 50% is altcoins, I think it's a great option to diversify the portfolio.

If you do not want to risk, then the best choice is BTC or ETH.  But you can take some money and invest in cheap coins.

It relies upon your technique, how you need to win cash in crypto. You need simply hold your coins and you won't do anything with them sooner rather than later then you can purchase bitcoin, eth and possibly a few promising altcoins yet in the event that you need to keep all your cash in altcoins then you need to keep your finger on the beat to purchase/offer at the opportunity time.

It think that anything is better than bitcoin. Bitcoin is a reserve value, and should not be considered as a very strong investment opportunity short term.

You better hold bitcoin or ethereum due to its security in the market, and on the off chance that you have an additional cash to contribute you can pick on some encouraging altcoins in the market that you trust that will give you great benefit later on. It is your own particular obligation to inquiry and offer time to dissect the coin you are intending to contribute in light of the fact that it is your cash is in question.

I currently hold everything in ETH. I exchange for BTC as a good course. I wonder if this is the end of a strong swing of cryptocurrency prices.

It's totally up to you, it's your money and your risks. As for me personally I prefer hold my money in different altcoins and btc with eth. Do not hold all eggs in one bag.
