Initial Coin offerings is just one of the strategy for fund raising for crypto-related projects, it sounds reasonable to assume that we will always have it in one form or another, maybe things will be much more structured or regulated. Maybe we will have agencies that will be responsible for it. Continuous improvement is a never ending task
everything about the concept of a new project - especially development requires funds in the continuity of their system. In this case, ICO / ITO, and even IPOs in conventional shares are still needed to support all of this, this makes very much sense in marketing and I don't think there will be a way to replace it, it just has to be improved, especially because there are too many crypto ICOs that moving wildly and ending with a scam or sales failure, this will harm the crypto ecosystem as a whole if it continues.

There will always be good crypto projects, and investing money using the ICO model is very convenient for investors and for crypto projects themselves. But everyone needs regulation.

I think ico is very difficult to end, let alone die, now the things that are not wanted begin to happen, starting from the lack of enthusiasts, plus a lot of projects that are scam, this is one of ico's starting to decline, but if the party's performance ico works well this will recover as before, so the point is that I find it very difficult for ico to die.

I think that ICO will exist for a very long time. Anyway, I expect that 10 to 15 years is exactly. Perhaps they will continue to appear, but not on such a massive scale. In any case, we will have something to do for the time being. It should also be noted that the ICO process will soon begin to be massively regulated by the state and then it will be easier to fight fraudsters in this area.

I think ICO will end someday, this will happen once Cryptocurrency is working like FIAT NOW. Yes it is true that bounties will be gone, but this will take a long time to happen. As of now Bounty is the best thing to have in marketing and advertisement, the cheapest one.

in my opinion ICO will never end as long as we find new project in cryptocurrency. through ICO developer can attract more investor and with bounty participant effort for sure. It might changed, the rule of bounty or bounty target market. developer will always look into the opportunity to spread the word related to project, even they targeting from social media or content creator user. Or maybe they make very detail and limited bounty to be more effective in tokensale.

First of all this blockchain technology should be replaced with better one to let ICO´s die.But for me there is nothing near that and we are just at the begining."Let the games begin" was yesterday, now we can say "the game must go on"

I think ICO's is as new as blockchain technology, though the concept has been there for a long time. You can liken ICO's to IPO's in some kind of sense. So, it is believed that ICO's will not die without blockchain, which of course sounds practically impossible at the moment unless there be some kind of more aggressive innovative ideas to replace ICO'S

anything can happen in the crypto world, including the possibility that ico will end someday, especially if the crypto market conditions continue like this, and no one else will be interested in ico investment

I hope so, the ICO are going to the end. In some years when the crypto market gets established and all lucrative niches will be occupied, ICO will come maybe 4-5 pro year, not more.

I don't think that ICOs will come to an end.Because blockchain technology and crypto has just started. We have more advanced technology to come .So this is just a beginning ,this technology will rise in the coming future.

I do not think that ICO can die out. While new projects are being launched and they do not have enough funding for their start-up, ICO will continue to exist. Perhaps they will be less than now, but they certainly will not die.

The main problem is nowdays are everyday many ico launch which is on same project or topic, we can call copied project (not all but mostly) are launching everday and I think ico will not end until we find solution for this and for this we need some advance technology who will helps to find clone or copied concept of ico's then ico projects are getting fewer and geniune that will helps crypto community to make good and then we might see ico will end or few when no project will copied.

Perhaps one day, in the distant future, when the financial system will cease to exist, and people will not have the concept of personal gain, at this time the finances will be allocated to those to whom they need as much as necessary.

Today or tomorrow, ICO will be ended. Or, there will be a smart way to regulate ICO more so that ICO owner can't run away with people's money. I already have seen a blockchain based platform for regulating ICO.

Yes, nothing will last forever. ICO will end someday and will be replaced by the new things. An increase in the number of fake projects has given a very bad name for the ICO, which of course can affect the existence of the ICO itself.

Even in bearish markets ICOs are performing and raising funds successfully so it means there is a need for new projects and new ideas. As long as there will be a demand for them ICOs are here to stay. Fundraising part is the easiest one and the delivery part is the most difficult as many ICOs are quite comfortable with the raised funds and not delivering on promises.
