Nice wellcome to the new thread everyone! Just a minor point, I'm not so sure about the new logo, "ç" is pronounced "s" in many languages such as my own which is french so that new logo can be read as "satsoin" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%87, just change the form a little bit to make a little different than C-Cedilla this seems a valid point - could make the coin tough sell in France, Portugal, Brazil, Catalonia, Turkey (all potentially big markets! plus perhaps Spain, Mexico Spanish-speaking US, and all of Latin America by implications) or to folks speaking these languages. Also would be potentially easy for later foes to attack CAT... @nebajoth & devs: worth brainstorming if somehow possible to address that? @kuroman: if this changed "a bit", then wouldn't be unicode symbol typable on any keboard? All valid concerns. but we are adopting it. People are adaptable and it is obvious we are using it as a "C" and will become further obvious we are adapting it to a currency symbol. If at some future time we feel it has lead to confusion we will look into changing this. But as for now we will test the waters. sounds very reasonable, CAT go as it is now! all the work done by devs and marketing highly appreciated! CATchester United! CatU

Now on block 21348 with a difficulty of 86.54519943.
The new difficulty scaling is working well so far.

Advice to miners: split your hashrate between several pools. Diff is going to bounce HARD a couple times before it stabilizes, and someone is probably going to accidentally fork.

Pools will have to update their frontends with the new parameters. Hell, most pools seem to still be using the old 2016 block retarget to calculate things like Estimated Average Time per Block and net hashrate (hence why there was so much confusion regarding the real net hashrate, among other things).

Here goes CatCoin!!!!
That show will be a hit for the middle class (mid 30s to 50s) Moms that will be fascinated by the crypto industry... I expect this show to be a hit as well since it meets the right demographic, and we just need to make catcoin easier for them to accept.
GO CATCOIN!!!!!!!

The person that manages that site hasn't updated it yet for the fork. Not sure when he'll get around to it. We're now on block: 21350 with a difficulty of 68.99357232. I can almost taste the Catcoins. Also we were mentioned by Coyote Wallstreet, it seems they want to speak to the dev team: https://twitter.com/coyotewallst/status/429252601016639488
