i dont know if its right time to buy altcoins but all alts are so low right now. i dont know when price will go up or will go down a bit more but those prices are really cheap now.  all market is just going down for long long time and no sign to go up but hopefully we are end of bear market and hopefully bull market is coming soon.

Cannot predict what would be the best cheapest price in the future to buy, but i would suggest you to buy as many altcoins that are so cheaper and best in the market now. Every altcoin is so cheap now starting from the top listed ones to the bottom level priced coins. Split your investments and buy more than 5 coins and if so many. If one coin does not bring you profits, the other one will certainly bring profits. You can expect the profit by end of December 2018 when the price goes up.
