It's painful to see how people are unwilling to admit this is a scam. Stop putting money in and try and get your money out ASAP. That's harder than ever now with "rewards" being down.
I'm still at a loss and I clocked to the scam months ago. Sadly I bought in when the price was significantly higher than it is now. 0.0015 per KHS if memory serves me correctly. Stop trying to shout down those telling you it's a scam and listen to their advice.

PSA: scrypt.cc is a scam, most likely of the "ponzi" variety. You will lose your money if you try to "invest" or "play" or whatever you want to call your participation in this shitshow. You've been warned.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Just curious. Was no one mentioning it was a scam when you bought in?

So, all you ponzi screaming lunatics

Nobody's screaming, or a lunatic. We're simply pointing out facts in the hope of saving a few potential victims the pain of falling for just another Bitcoin Ponzi.

are telling me that there was daily fresh deposits of 30BTC per day to cover just the Top 20 withdraws?  Let alone the 10's or 100's of BTC withdrawn daily by the thousands of other investors?

Not necessarily. The owner has been able to move the market for "KHS" easily. He can release good news, wait for the price to rise, then sell a bunch of KHS. Then announce some bad news, wait for the price to drop, and buy them all back again. In that way he can make a lot of money without mining anything.

So, how was scrypt.cc funding all these daily deposits, if they're not mining like all you ponzi freaks are claiming?

scrypt.cc doesn't fund deposits. That's done by its victims.

My theory is that they are actually mining, maybe the 850ghash was inflated so they could sell more khashes, who the hell knows but they gotta be earning BTC in some way otherwise they'd have shut up shop a year ago.

Interesting theory. Do you have any evidence of this mining? The blockchains are public, so it shouldn't be too hard to find the evidence if it's happening. They can earn BTC without mining by manipulating the "KHS" market, buying low, selling high. By having control of the "rewards" they can turn them to whatever level they can afford to pay from incoming deposits. And by stealing accounts from users (see all the complaints here about people being locked out of their account, the email server being down, etc.).

Anyway, if someone can be bothered to lookup all the blockchain transactions to see daily deposits vs daily withdraws i'd be interested to see.  Correct me if i'm wrong, but a ponzi is not sustainable if daily withdraws exceed daily deposits.

I can't be bothered. And you're not wrong on that point. Just on almost everything else.

Would you please stop Fullquoting?
It is pointless to have Cryptomoron on Ignore if everybody quote him,
and then quote the quote the quote the quote ...

Stop it.

Even if someone write something good, it is enough to read it once.
No need to Fullquote it and then in respond fullquote it again.

My mousewheel has 10.000 KM meanwhile.

Never saw that ignore button before, clicked it now and looking better already
agreed. I did just that sometime ago but still have to him and his cronies who have to be right at all costs.    hmmm...
I wonder what is missing in his life

still hoping for Marcelo Santos to keep his word and bring back the old rewards rate?
he cant even bring back the troll box which requires a few strokes of his fingers what more if its about the rewards rate... If he can't keep 1 of his promises that dont expect him to the work on the others. Its quite obvious that admin is just waiting for more deposits and give you a small tip (rewards)

While the site is down, please enjoy this interlude:

I cant wait to see which excuse he uses this time.

My guess is, he had to reduce rewards again as he needs higher class hookers. The cheap crack whores just don't sit still long enough to snort anything off them.

And you gotta figure in Brazil, the good ones don't come cheap. Fortunately that country has been very BTC-friendly so it shouldn't be too hard for Scamtos to spend it.

slow fade out as Marcelo moonwalks to "For the Love of Money" by the O'Jays, with a harem of lovely Brazilian escorts in tow...

Sorry.

Working for me also but the SCC drama is getting boring.  I just cashed out my remaining kh/btc... Let's see how long it takes to actually get it.

As it says when you withdraw within 24 hours, but I had to wait not more then 6 hours the last 3 days.
The drama is here and not at scrypt, but it depends how you play.

I'm surprised that there are still people posting on this thread. I thought that the site went offline few months ago? That was already a red flag but then people were stubborn. That's why I don't invest in this type of investment.

Well done buddy, i used scrypt quite alot untill recently with all the issues or excuses. scrypt was always good to me, but since i withdrew i dont think ill be risking it again in scrypt, usually when sites start having issues like this over a short time it only usually means one thing.
