Besides the one error (1000 LTC total GHs rather than 100000) I see this essay as an entirely legitimate point of view on the subject.   Your desire to paint this guy as just another desperate hopeful, ignores the fact that there is a lot being said that you seem to have missed.  Some of you are so desperate to prove scrypt.cc is a TOTAL SCAM, you miss other possibilities. We are talking about a lot of money here, things get complicated, and little truth can not be found among these moronic and entirely childish arguments ...yes it is, no it isn't, yes it is, no no no!

Think bigger because the person who created this thing is not living in the same small world you are.

It is utterly irrelevant whether they are full Ponzi or fractional-mining Ponzi, it is still a fraudulent operation which has sold at least 500GH/s of Scrypt 'mining' they don't have to 'investors' under the guise of not being a full Ponzi or a fractional-mining Ponzi.

I assume you must be the author of the article seeing as how quickly your recently-created account posted about it, care to elaborate on your last sentence?

There's still no reason given for why it is claimed that the largest Chinese cryptocurrency mining operator in the world (F2Pool, known to mine with their own hardware, btw) is really, according to the claim, simply acting as a pool for a Brazilian mining farm.

I think the main benefit of email confirmation (besides safety) is that you have control over the payout. For who's interested in checking the payout for possible mining blocks or something, here's the payment.

ROFL, it would appear that the scrypt.cc 'investors' in this thread are in direct competition with the equally-dense XPY Paycoin crowd for who will win in the "It's probably time I accept that the majority of cloud mining sites are scams and withdraw my bitcoin from them" race.

https://paycointalk.org/category/19/cloud-mining

It is simply an example of the gullible being repeatedly milked over and over again until they are out of cash or finally manage to connect the dots and understand why they are 'marks' and not actual 'investors'. All that is needed is for one of the two groups to have an epiphany of reason and to start a run of withdrawals before the other group does. Last one to wise up loses all their funds! Exciting times.

Who will win? The inarticulate fanboys from btc scrypt.cc thread or the Paycoin desperadoes?

They have to do so much right now... I don't think that something will happen in the future. The trollbox is offline. Rewards are cut by nearly 80% (Yes they rised a little bit, but why aren't they back at normal they said 7 days to recover the losses). The E-Mail Server is offline. The Rankings are not working. The hashrate banners are not working.

I really really hope that this news is right and the site is in a new design and perfectly working in some weeks.
http://btcvestor.com/2015/03/18/scrypt-cc-redesign-and-new-features-coming-soon/
But there is the question: Why is the admin hiding from us? Why he isn't saying, that he is working on a new site and the old will remain at this point until the new is ready?

Let's see, you consider it to be a 'news' website?

You *do* know, right, that it is simply referral-link click-bait?

See, this?

Same at me. Everyone would put his referral link there. Why not get the 5% from the users? Unexperienced users wouldn't even notice it.

Admin words

2015-07-03 03:44:01 This is temporary!
2015-07-03 03:44:01 It will not take more than a few days.
2015-07-03 03:44:01 We did this to enable payouts once again, once we're no longer in the negative.
2015-07-03 03:44:01 Rewards will normalize.
2015-07-03 03:44:00 Rewards are currently cut by 80%.

reward is 20%  so 100%  ==> 4.30 / 20 X 100 =  21.50

with real reward price will be around 1200

So you choose to believe that the reward will go up to 100% and disregard the obvious lie right next to it ("It will not take more than a few days." - posted nearly a month ago).

In case you didn't know - scrypt.cc "admin" aka Marcelo Santos is a lying piece of shit scammer, to put it mildly.

I know you struggle to comprehend basic thinking beyond MOAR PROFET!!!1!!!NOMNOMNOM!!1!! but, here's the thing, the point I was making is that the user referred to that article as though it were news when it is merely promotion.

News reporting is supposed to be an unbiased arbiter of information, not an advert for a fucking scam with a referral link to it.

I really needed a laugh this morning and this didn't fail to deliver. I, mistakenly, thought PayCoin and all tied to it was effectively dead. I had no idea "PaycoinTalk" existed, and just skimming the topics there, well... Again I thank you.

I know you struggle to comprehend basic thinking ..

Basic thinking .. yep, that's for sure.

Looking through some of the shit you and ThePwner have posted - it is really hilarious.  Honestly, you two cockknocking idiots should get a life before you have heart attacks. How quickly you dismissed that essay (http://pastebin.com/sY2viGps) is sure sign you two want to hold on to your little attack empire here, which is a total joke.

Anyway f this waste of time .. I hope Mr. Santos, or whoever the f he is, returns one last time, raises rewards and allows the price of khs to creep up even a little bit, so people can sell and get out of this bullshit stressfest before he pulls the plug.  Then, you two wankers can have your little day-long "I told you so" celebration, and then begin wondering what you're going to do with all the spare time you suddenly have.  It is pretty obvious that you got burned by Santos at some point, that is why you're so angered - but instead of helping future victims you spend your worthless time laughing at them and hoping they get crushed - real winners you are.

Ah ok so you wrote that piece , go t it

First of all, with all of your attention to detail, you've misspelled my name once again and thus misinterpreted the meaning of it.

And of course I quickly dismissed that essay. It starts with some faux-philosophical tripe about how ScryptCC is bigger than we can envision and something something blah blah, then goes on to claim, without even the tiniest amount of proof, that ScryptCC is using multiple IPs to mine at F2Pool and make up most of their hashrate.

Why read anything beyond that? It's as laughable as Marcelo claiming he has 850 Gh/s of mining power. And to that, in a single datacenter.

And I'll openly tell you I didn't get burned by Scamtos. I pulled out ahead of where I bought in because when I started to see the reality of the lies, I sold as quickly as I could.

To your final point, Mr. Altruism, what exactly in your mind should I be doing to "help future victims?" Am I supposed to give them the BTC they lost? If you're going to criticize others for not reading, maybe you should learn to read a bit more carefully too. Myself and Cryptdevil started posting facts here. Facts that actually should and would help your "future victims." The overwhelming response to facts, has been attacks. Like yours and so many others.

At this point the facts are in the open and I'm not interested in helping future victims, anyone who invests in ScryptCC at this point is knowingly complicit in a scam and gets whatever they have coming to them. I want the entire ScryptCC scam shut down for the same reason citizens don't want crack dealers on their block. It's not that they have a personal vendetta against the guy selling crack, it's that it ruins the entire damn neighborhood.

Me and ThePhwner have an, 'Attack Empire'?! Cool. I did not know that. Hey, ThePhwner, where have you parked the Death Star? I wanna take it for a spin.

I get it, you're pissed that your little essay was dismissed so easily. How about you actually respond to some of the questions raised in the dismissal?

For starters the essay, if you insist on calling it that, asserts there is LITTLE DOUBT that scrypt.cc is mining on the Chinese pool F2Pool, but provides absolutely FUCK ALL reasoning or evidence to support this claim.

Fancy having a go at dreaming up a reason for that bizarre assertion?
