Hi! Am new to this forum and to Scryptcc. I like Scryptcc so far and plan on giving it a fair try. For some reason a Deposit I made on the 3rd didn't get deposited. I made 3 previous deposits with no problem. I wrote 3 support tickets and 2 were deleted. Now being a IT person myself I could imagine my tickets were lost or bla bla bla. No problem I realize they are having or had problems. But when could I expect things to get back to normal?
At the moment the whole system is a big problem. They got new asics online in the last days. And the server is under heavy load. The admin is working on it. I think they got too many new users. The servers can't handle that. In the Trade page you can open the chat. The admin is online for severals hours a day and is answering to nearly all questions. So feel free to ask him. The tickets were deleted by him because he get too much. And your deposits will show up in the next 24 hours. |

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I was a bit confused too as my deposit took 16 hours to be credited. But the next day everything went fine again. The admin is doing the best he can. But as I know he is alone managing all the stuff from scrypt.cc so to figure out a solution may take sone time. |

I´ve been a customer there for about three months. Not really any complaints to speak of. There have been some hold-ups in deposits and the site has run into some lags but nothing major. It always gets fixed. Payouts are very good. Haven´t withdrawn much yet but that went through normally. I expect to stick around there for quite a while.

There's too many people signing up now. Need more people posting about the site being a scam and accounts getting hacked to scare off new users!!

I have been with them for 6 months with zero issues. Can state almost the same, but for 1 year.. and yeah all the problems the site is reciving now it's due to heavy traffic since admin statment here last week they site has been recieving 3-4x more people, for exemple the chat who used to have max 500 online now have been reaching 900-1100 easily, probably gonna take some days for improvements to happen and the service come back to normal peace. |

Slowly the prices of KHS are coming down  http:// I'm not sure about this, days ago i was looking at the chat, most specific the brazillian one (both me and admin are) he sad something about HIS opinion on Khs price, and it was something like this: It should have minnor up and downs though time but on a scale of a month or two as we have finished selling all the khs we were willing to sell and as there are some features coming to the site (2fa and a new website) we should expect the prices to come back around what they were before this last months witch we were selling more of our khs power, and those prices gave 90-120 days ROI. To clarify today we have a 60-70 days ROI bcz of low prices. |

I too have some class c borrower friends..I had invested in their loan and got return before time...Some good jammers are really there. I dont want to argue with you over the topic -----support.I am just sharing my opinion. Believe me.. for the last 1 month I am having a little problem with support,I had send them mails,,,they respond after 48-70 hours and again I respond in mails.Only mailing is being continued and still going on.My Identity/addres/card/paypal/bank everything is verified then why the hell are doing this I cant follow.May be they have got too many investors.. ::)I am still having problems,dont know when it will get sorted out.The problem lies in their knowledge.They are maximum illiterate fools believe me. There can be many problems but when it comes to real problem,the people in the support hehehe,,,,,they will just fade away like shadows. People in the support are like nothing but bots.They cant handle a major situation or problem..they dont have knowledge nor they have been trained.Well my good luck is with you,may be everything works for you fine.Have a nice time. |

No - just laggy as hell. If you keep F5'ing, it will load eventually. I bet you are also a person that keeps hitting the elevator button just to make sure it comes faster? |

Stay away at the moment is the best.
Preventing even more load on the server.
