Hi all!

new p2pool ... http://coinminer.net:19986/

please try!

Thanks

Awesome thanks. I'll update the OP with the link shortly. Let's get some hashpower over to this pool and spread it out a bit everyone. If you have big hash numbers, P2Pools can be extremely profitable for you

Added to OP - Thanks again! Make sure to try spreading the hashrate around all the pools. That way everyone will make more coins and the network will stay incredibly stable

YAHOO

what is your hashing rate, equipment (different asic setups hash differently) and settings for what program (bfgminer, cgminer, bfgminer shelled under multiminer etc) (command line or bat file)  I am also currently mining here and noticed the increase in rejects Wink     I am getting almost no rejected shares on this pool, coin (or any other pool or coin for that matter). So I may be of assistance tweaking your settings etc..

You get coins on p2p when a block is found and divided. If we get your settings going good you will speed up that timetable of course.

How many coins is more variable on p2p than some pools, but I think it is the best design personally. You get a division of the amount of shares submitted when a block is found. Predicting how much a day for hashrate vs difficulty etc is easier with older coins that have more stable difficulty, on a coin like this I have watched pretty wild swings in  reward and difficulty etc. especially with sha coins as a few asics can change the field quickly. With benjamin coins I have watched a fairly rapid decline in coins per round for my hashrate (one of the reasons I jumped to a new p2p pool to be a bigger percentage of fewer blocks and play the variables) But that is a good sign for the strength of the coin, less coins per round means many people hashing means good network strength means more profit on cryptsy when listed. in theory. Smiley  happy hashing.

Nice one Doctor I will say Iam new to all this I know how to point my miners to a pool

I have a asic cube 30ghs average
Use Bfg Miner using bat file but set up for different pool so just add to it when it starts

I was just worried i wasnt getting shares so i went back to pity the pool Do you think you get more coins via p2p?

I have got 20 coins in half an hour does this sound right?

Thanks for your help -- Just sending all the exchanges mails

That appears to be all your transactions. Here is the first one:

Transaction     Block   Approx. Time           Amount           Balance           Currency
28a84d63f9...   4487   2014-02-02 07:23:49   41.11234332   41.11234332   BEN

Meaning before that your balance was 0 aka it wouldn't show up on the explorer

The first time stamp is also about 2.5 hours after the launch, so my guess is that is your first transaction ever on BEN

So for whatever reason, my wallet doesn't want to sync at all, is there a reason for this?
I've tried deleting all of my files but my .conf and wallet.

My .conf contains all of the addnodes, so I don't really see the issue.

Generated coins must mature 120 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

100 of the 500 coins I donated to you guys were generated in block 683 as seen here

FYI I follow a silly coin called NDL and they do a lot of promo stuff
lottery, contest, giveaways etc. to expand the community, any plans for this kind of stuff?

ill talk to a few of the guys tonight and see what we can put together

there was no premine or anything, so ill have to see how much they want to throw down to do some promos, but i am willing to run some stuff that hasnt been recently banned (like giveaways have, stupid move) on these forums

U guys need to add a donate sig n addys for the devs / promo / contest etc

I will donate, I'm sure others that have mined may also. Donating for that kind of stuff only helps
the coins community and popularity, every BEN miner will BENefit... Pun intended! LOL

Right, but if you look up an address you will only see the amount sent to that address, which is why the one you are linking is only showing what you got from P2Pool mining. The address lookup only shows the balance for THAT address, not your entire wallet
