Panis selling from weak hand investors devaluates the value of the coin in the market. Because of fear that their hodlings will lose all their value, investors sell. When there are far to many selling and no or few buyers of the coin, it loses its value in the market. This is what is making panic selling bad to a coin.

Because they sell coins no longer see the base price (ICO), but sell for fear of increasing losses if they continue to hold. When they sell at a low price then the price of the coin continues to drop.

I simply cannot understand people that are selling their coins especially when the market is going down. There are absolutely no reasons for that, despite they are traders. Hold your coins and never make decisions in panic.
