Hello, please I want to know if an altcoin which has fallen below the ICO price can rise again and yield profit.
I have up to 3 coins which has fallen below the ICO price and kinda nervous. Should I SELL or HODL?

I think the price can rising again and sometimes reach above ICO price. Sometimes, ICOs offering big bonus and investor selling their bonus below ICO price and hoping others peoples following. If peoples following that move, they will buying again below the price they sell.
Beside that, many bounty hunter dump their token reward and make coin/token price drop below ICO. If thats a good ICO and have good project, better hold it

Ofcourse this is possible because many project or ico that is original and legit but the problem is lack of support from the community thats why they become low valued coins or token,but in time when there comes a support for this ico trust me,it will pumped when they learn the true value and what will the given benefits for every users.o have some of this in my folio until now i am waiting for the right timing

can quite relate with that, ico are offering bonus for everyone who invest and therefore thats mean free money and more dump to the market. dumping at the early stages is clearly normal.
but the project can show whether it's good enough to survive when after the ICO the price is recovering.

It can be real but the percent of that is very small. So, if you really have this kind of coins it is better exchanged them for a Ethereum for example. In this way, you can get some money from it. Mostly all ICO programmes is not really true and honest. A very small percentage of them give a real win.

the price of ico can rise again when bitcoin can increase higher too and ethereum price can increase too because all of the ico is follow with the ethereum price. so it is possible to see every ico price to rise again but it will need a long time before it can increase back. maybe he needs to be patient to wait for the ico price can increase higher and I think it will not be a problem for him to keep holding the tokens until the price is rise again.

It's normal, an altcoin can go down below ICO price when listed on exchanges. It's normal and just hold your coins, usually because of bounty hunters that sell all their coins so it makes the price go down below the ICO price. Just wait until the project developed and the price will increase later.
