Some extend theirs because they are unable to meet their softcap

Extending bounty campaigns really hurts the bounty hunters as the longer the campaign the more the participants and the more stakes and the more division of the rewards, i have seen such campaigns end up only pennies worth of tokens to the thousands of bounty participants wasting all their time and effort, i think if the campaign extends the reward should also be increased proportionally.

Also, some of these projects are not sure of their market acceptance and some have not hit their soft-cap, just because  Investors are Skeptical about the value of the project.

Buying from ICO became senseless since the price is dumped under ICO price when the token getting listed. So ICOs don't attract much investors and need to get extended, so does the bounty campaigns.

That's because we're in a prolonged bear market and people don't want their projects to go live under those circumstances - it would just lead to a drop in price regardless of how good the project is
