Why so many bounty campaign are extending?

I think the main problem is still the lack of capital in the whole market.
Due to insufficient funds, people are not inclined to invest in ICO, and they begin to invest in mainstream tokens.

Right now its hard to see successful bounty campaign at shorter span of time, most of them were really having longer timelines. The softcap wasn't able to reach that's why it needs to be extended in order to meet the targeted budget for the market capital. It isn't true that people wasn't inclined to invest in ICO, maybe the interest was so slow but it doesn't mean they're afraid. Possibly its due to poor market development of bitcoin, that's why tradings also declines it's market value due to bitcoin's slow moving and fluctuating market.

Due to lot of scammed ICO more investors lost their interest investing in ICO. Success rate of ICO decreased that is why bounty campaign period nowadays are extending. Do you agree?

I notice that also because some ICO cannot even reach their softcap so they resort to extending their ICO, this is not a good idea actually because so many Ico are coming up almost everyday, investors will not trust these kind of Ico which always extend their sales.

I think the main reason is so that they could attract more people because like in june or may bounties extended to august because they know the Bull season will be on that month which can be accurate if you tell me.

The main reason why campaigns are extended this days is the failure on the part of the project to reach their hardcap or even softcap. This is as a result the current market which has made some investors not to be enthusiastic about investing in projects as some projects lose their value once listed on exchange all thanks to the long prolonged bear market.

Extended campaigns means not successful in the first stage of the campaign, some of the campaigns can make a good sell after extending since you cant lose anything in extending.

Projects expand their advertising campaigns for various reasons, but most write and explain in their telegrams that all this is coming out of unfavorable market conditions, and such projects are waiting for improvement and market recovery. But I suppose that the market will soon recover and such cases will be much less.

Because market is bearish and nobody wants to invest, especially in ICO, so they extending their ICO and also that is why they extending the bounty campaigns.
But, where is the problem? You are here to support ICOs not to complaing about them.

The main reason I think because of the market conditions and a great amount of fraud ICO's that happened making investors be more aware of making investments. So the market conditions are not quite good and a lot of good projects are struggling to reach the soft cap so they extending ICO and advertising campaign extends also.

Yep. I addition, there is 2 possibility why the bounty campaign extended:
1. The market is in a downtrend, then the related project delayed for running the ICO. Of course, it could affect to the bounty.
2. Their project has not reached the soft cap or hard cap, because they are difficult to find the investor to contribute in their project.

yes you are right, but I see not all bounty will experience such things because it all depends on the team strategy of a bounty in attracting many investors if they lose the competition to get investors then bounty will continue to be extended until they reach softcap

Market is in the  down trend. It is understandable that many projects can not raise money for a short period. probably this is the whole reason. for the second, many investors are frightened of scams, so icos, even profitable, with weak marketing raise their money too slow

I think the reason is self-evident, they simply are not sufficiently rush to assemble a measure of cash, that is expected to accomplish, what they have arranged. So they choose to put off the conclusion to assemble more.

ICO extended certainly could be because they have not yet reached softcap on the time that has been set. or it could be achieved but they almost hardcap the set time is up. It will usually be extended in some time. When will indeed be able to be successful than just follow. It is indeed reasonable to happen because a lot of the ICO and would certainly make a lot of choices for investing.

Some campaigns are extending because they just want to achieve their softcap or hardcap and there might be a chance for it to be reach if it last for longer period. Another reason would be the bitcoin price. Some ICOs just want bitcoin to be in bullish price so that people would trust cryptocurrencies again and they would have a choice of investing in ICOs. Many ICOs lose their trust in cryptocurrencies for the past few months and many ICOs failed that's why those new ICOs considered extending since the market sentiment now is positive.
