If you lose all your keys to your Bitcoin wallet you can not do anything and you will not be able to restore access to your wallet in any way. Therefore, it is advisable to make several copies and keep them offline.

If you forget the key to your bitcoin wallet, then you should contact the site that they are managing your purse to get back the key.

This private key event is very important. A friend can not reach 50 NEO's in NEO wallet. He lost the key he kept in one place. We have to be very careful about this.

You will lose your coins forever if you lose your own key. It is best to write down or print on paper and store it in a safe place. Do not make it too obvious that its a private key. Also others claim that to store it in a flash drive is not really the best thing to do. The information you should keep in your computer's hard drive is because it can not be hacked

What are the measures to keep your private key safe and in memory ? Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?

Copy the words to the notepad or wordpad or microsoft word and save it to your pc and don't forget make a backup copy on flaskdisk or hdd. I think you can't retrieve the key back, once you forget, you can't see it again. That's why you must copy the words and save it. If you really forget the key, i think the only way is make a new wallet.

We all need to be careful not to lose the key. Many people lose their money because of this issue.

You always need to prepare for backup, have a copy of written form and keep it in a safe place and also make a notepad in your phone and have also a copy in your flash drive but be careful in using this in any other computer or laptop.

I suggest to be more careful in keeping the BTC wallet key, why is that? because if it is lost or forgotten, it will be fatal. may also lose forever. I have never experienced that, but at least remind each other. to be more careful and disciplined.
hopefully it doesn't happen to other friends, because this is very important.

you better write in a diary. store in a safe place. do not forget or disappear. it will make you lose everything. so far I've never heard info about how to repair or get a BTC wallet key.

You have to treat your keys very seriously, keep in a very safe place.. You could print or write down and make sure only you can access it. Because if your keys get lost or ht in the wrong hands, there's no way to get back.

Better to save also your private key to other documents and also write it down to paper incase the key is gone or forget. Because once you forget your key and you don't have any copy of this you cannot open your account and you will cry mostly if you have a lot of bitcoin.

The only way to save it is to make multiple duplication of your private key in a secure place. Either you place it in a piece of paper and secure it or you can save it in a usb drive that has an encryption to keep your private safe. Don't ever use it unless it is necessary.

I think it's best to have more than one purse, at least two: for storage and for operations. And the key to the purse for storage is best written on paper, with the key from the wallet for operations easier, it can be stored on both the drive and the computer, the main thing is not to store there large sums.

If you lost your private key and password it would gone forever.  As much as possible, keep it somewhere safe and retrievable. One of the components of getting some cash is to have a virtual wallet that you can use for future purposes. But I always advise to print your private key and at the same time send it to your email address.

Well, I also experienced this type of scenario and when I've been lost my wallet I was so depressed because my first bitcoin was inside that wallet, there is no day that I have been thinking about my wallet. You know it is hard to change my original wallet because you start again to zero coins and I am also scared lose it again.

Print your private keys to any form of paper that you can keep for safety. Don't trust your memory even you are the champion in memory verse challenges, it isn't enough to keep your funds.

You can also create a file on a notepad and save it to a flash drive and don't use that drive to any computer that you don't own. Don't use it to public places.

Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?
If you lost it, that's lost forever.

This is one of the challenges for bitcoin, if you lost your private key? you lost it forever. Me personally what I did is, I printed  3 copies and stored them in 3 diff places. You'll never know when you'll lost 1. Make sure you'll be responsible for your private key.

the assets are lost
no one can return lost money, because this is a derivative asset where there is no agency that can regulate its circulation
therefore, it is very regrettable if you really lose your private key
