I'm looking through special sites about ICO and if I'm interested in some project I'm trying to find out if there is a bounty campaign and if there is one, I try to take part and earn extra coins.

Many bounties that completed their project sales limit often have other coins wanting to join with them. That's one method to search for them.

If one is not waiting to reserve spot for translations, i think there is nothing to be hasty of... But i think it better to join bounty groups on telegram, bounty managers have them you can always ask....

 Sometimes I ask other people to suggest some bounty campaigns for me that is good and tested. Most of the times I search and look for some good complains when I have free time so that I know what is good to join

There is a way you can be notified on this forum when new bounties are posted.
Click on home, where you will be taken to the home page. Scroll down to Alternate cryptocurrencies, where you would click on marketplace (altcoins). Proceed to the child boards and click on bounties (altcoins), where you will find series of bounty campaigns. Then click on notify. This will enable you to be notified on your email whenever new bounty is posted.

bounties can be found usually on bitcointalk forum's altcoin announcement page.  other finds new projects thru community chats on telegram and discord.  these usually have large communities where news about new projects spread quickly.
