I think the soft cap has to be achieved to move forward with this project. There is always an option to extend ICO for a month or two if the soft cap will be close enough.

The best option for eLYQD is a hard cap of course. No problems with funds and they can focus on development.

A. We would love to say 'the sky is the limit', but let's be realistic. There isn't any product or service that hasn't been invented already. We are not trying to reinvent the wheel here. We analyzed the vaping industry in depth, used its performance data to better understand the market, the consumers, the products, the manufacturers and the pricing/transaction structure. We discovered the weak links in the chain and improvised and integrated the decentralized blockchain element into the mix and created a completely new business model. To make matters more lucrative, there isn't any other vaping industry marketplace out there in the crypto world. This is very good that eLYQD team react to the suggestions and will be participating in conferences and organize AMA video or meeting. Investors are of course more confident and willing to invest if they know the people behind the project. This is only 90 days and is good for everybody. Anyways, there will be some time needed to be listed on a good exchange. 16% is a very nice discount and the price of LYQD token will rise every week.

I think lock-up periods are good and all tokens should be locked for some time. Founders shares, bounty hunters, investors tokens bought with discount and without. All lockups should be different for each token. This would prevent massive dumps, pumps and other speculative use.

Investors have to know when, how and who will get this 17% of team tokens? Is there a vesting period? Please explain.

Is this accurate? Is this real?

From what I know this is a real-time counter and shows exactly raised funds.

Distribution will take place after successful ICO and now all LYQD tokens are stored in investors accounts registered on Elyqd ICO page. There is 2-factor authentication so tokens are safe. There is no sense or need to distribute tokens before ICO end. Think only about fees, I don't mention the time involved and all other issues like security. If ICO will be not successful why to pay all these fees? There are already a lot of costs involved when you are running an ICO. Nobody needs additional if you can easily avoid them.

Just think you don't buy a new Mercedes on the open market or even universal dealership with a lot of different cars only by exclusive Mercedes dealer.

Vapor industry is new and growing very fast. I think the key to success is to be an exclusive marketplace like eLYQD because We have already Syscoin, Openbaaar, and many other open decentralized P2P marketplaces and I don't see any vendors or buyers there, despite they are open for everybody. As the market was in a bearish trend during our entire crowdsale period, we have made a difficult but necessary decision to extend our ICO. After many suggestions from token holders and consultations with project advisors, we have decided that it is in the best interest of the project to extend the ICO by further 90 days commencing after initial end date on 30th of September 2018.

I like to come back to project I was interested in before or during first ICO stages to look at how it develops and if my assumptions where correct.

I see that ICO is extended until the end of this year which is common lately. Almost 75% of ICO extended fundraisings in the last half year.

The most important thing is a still falling price of ETH and BTC because Elyqd ICO is funded with this cryptocurrencies.

Such a long ICO's cause problems with correct token price assumption.

Like OP said there is no way to predict the price before ICO is actually ended.

I understand what You mean because these concerns are valid of course. If you scroll back in this thread You will see that I asked hard questions long before and have to admit that I had a filling that this is not welcome here. I was expecting to hear in deep explanations and was sure that I will meet people (developers, managers, marketers) from the team which will discuss all the hardest concerns but this was not the case.

Anyways, I left Elyqd in peace and moved forward. The beauty is that the time will finally expose all lies and scams so I just wait to see if I was right or wrong with my doubts. Don't get me wrong I wish all the best to this project and I was really interested to join. That is why I started to evaluate Elyqd ICO but this altitude here and a few red flags which popped by research was enough for me to pass on this one.

Lately, I came back to check because this ICO should be already over but I see that is already extended until the end of December. What worries me actually is the lack of communication across all social media channels. I checked them and there are no updates from the team for a long time. Bounty for round one is not distributed and there are many angry people left with no answer in Telegram official chat and bounty channel.

Bounty managers are doing a great job and try to keep answer all questions but they can do nothing if there are no updates from the team or they just delay everything with no proper explanation for bounty managers.

My latest questions are not answered in this thread too. Let's wait further and see if somebody from the team will finally pop up here and take care of the community.
