Had to wait for Reddit admins to approve it... Had to prove owner and mods we're inactive after a certain # of time, and had to have enough karma to be considered long term before they would hand it over

Good news, Proof of Stake appears to have stabilized for now... A theory forwarded to us by Spencer & his co-workers is that the wallet in question accumulated a LOT of stake weight resulting in PoS domination & has now run out of stake age. This may be addressed in a future wallet update.

You mean with this a wallet that was offline for months wit a big amount of Trolls, got online again recently and had a huge amount of "overdue" staking rights?!

Correct, hence the unsolved mystery. I'm personally just happy it does not look like an exploit.
We will either get Spencer to delve into it when possible, or if he remains unavailable in the long term, find a full time developer to join team $troll

wallet compiles for 2.1 will be released at some point, trollcoinbot projects are always on the stove by BitOBytes & that wallet app should be out by years end. bear in mind we are a small group of part time developers, hence the slow pace & lack of glittery promises. i personally prefer going public with completed work. but a roadmap will be added once trollcoinbase.com & the mirror site trollcoin.com get an overhaul
