I don't think  public campaign or a form of tutorial is a good idea. The internet is full of right and positive information about Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies. The problem isn't the lack of tutorial information. It's that they don't want to change their mind. So if we a form of tutorial, it will be nothing different from available source of information and neglected by such kinds of people.
