Why came here for a month while you can settle that problem for a week? Did you provide what requirements they ask to you since if not then the issue will not be solve. They want to verify so that they would know that the one who raise the claims is the real owner so I better stay connected with the support and cooperate so that your issue will be solve smoothly.

I doubt that x1 wagering requirements is introduce to avoid multiple account because the prize came from a contest and multiple account player can still have benefit to claim it in case they win it multiple times because it's easy to setup 2 accounts and use VPN to have different IP. Winning the contest alone is already hard and that's enough to counter cheaters.

That rules is introduced so that the players that win will have the chance to try and experience the casino. This reward is a dual purpose and serves as a tool to attract winners to play more in the casino once they enjoy betting and winning using the free money.

If you are regular player of Bitcasino wager requirements is not really a problem, this will only be a little problem to abuser who want only free money on a contest. Although 1x is little much smaller and still many can abuse that but I think they already get what they want since the main purposes why they conduct this contest is for people to talk about them and the casino name will be highlighted on it. Makes sense. Players would definitely feel cheated though of the wagering requirements were set astronomically high like x30 or something which would imply that the casino doesn't intend on paying out the prizes easily.

If you are getting free coins through these prediction contest and have 1x wagering requirements then it's still fine as you can still get good amount with you but first you also need to be lucky in getting close to the bitcoin prices in reality what you have predicted and wagering requirement is just a formality after it.

The results of bet are random which makes them fair otherwise the players would be cheated if the outcome is already known so we must trust on these aspects.
