If you are going to use your 10 BTC to invest in another cryptocurrency so I think you should take a look at NEO, ETH, XLM, EOS . I think with 10 BTC you can split enough to all these cryptocurrencies and you should know that these are the best altcoins at the moment so you should only invest in these altcoins. 10 BTC is good investment. Personally if I have 10 BTC I will buy top-20 altcoins for 5 BTC, separately 1 BTC for ETH and 4 BTC as BTC investment

At the moment I don't think it's a good move cause price of BTC is rising back so why don't you just hold all of your BTC and wait till BTC reach to a new ATH price? 10 BTC seems like so many for an investment ,specially with Altcoins.
Why you don't just hold some main coins like BTC and ETH in a long time for a sure profits?

Even with the recent BTC decline, 10BTC is still a quite large investment, unless you are one of those whales out there. Although diversifying is a good habit, I'm not sure doing it in a bear market is the best approach. Simply because alts tend to decline a lot more than BTC, so maybe you should keep more BTC for now, and then diversify when we "are sure" that the trend is changing.

Well, this is a risky and hasty decision for you (OP ), because the profit in altcoins is not ensured like Bitcoin, and due to there is a ton of shitcoins on the market, then it is hard to achieve what you want (Big financial profit )  through those coins. IMO I advise you keep the majority of your budget in BItcoin ( 70%)  and the other value (30% ) in the other best cryptocurrnecy ( who exist on the TOP 20 ) and of course the best examples of that is Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano, Litecoin and Tron .


In addition to that, you must understand that Bitcoin is the future of cryptocurrency (not the Altcoins), and the other crypto are just the followers of the king BTC in every evolution. Furthermore, believe me dude, if you stay hasty in taking decisions, then there is a great possibility that you will lose all your money. Use your mind.

I very much agree. Its probably not a smart move to move out of Bitcoin at this time as this may come to a very high loss in the future. The best, would be to get some altcoins whilst still renaming with BTC.

Taking into account how much the cryptocurrency market has now dropped, you can invest in almost any coin and within a year or two it will bring you a five-fold profit. But still I think it's worth investing in coins such as Ethereum, EOS, ADA, OMG, Ripple, Waves.
