Also noticing that we move to LTC often, shares get submitted, but there is no payout for LTC. Are we not solving LTC blocks? And if that's the case, can we mine more Doge and World? It seems that Worldcoin has a pretty good exchange rate at the moment...

Also noticing that we move to LTC often, shares get submitted, but there is no payout for LTC. Are we not solving LTC blocks? The information is in the PPLNS stats window, left-hand column. Just hover over the buttons to see how many blocks were found, and which kind. And if that's the case, can we mine more Doge and World? It seems that Worldcoin has a pretty good exchange rate at the moment... But DOGE is falling against BTC.

It seems that Worldcoin has a pretty good exchange rate at the moment... But DOGE is falling against BTC. I've checked the "coins earned" chart in PPLNS windows. I see MEOW, DOGE, WDC, CSC, and EAC but no LTC. And we go into auto switching to LTC, and looking at the last time we solved a LTC block it was: 569473 3e29bcacc6325f3aeed9af22fcf351cbe99acc4bd6d07ef9eeb33e3c2cf1d936 50.00100000 2014-05-18 01:49:45 PM I would rather use my just-shy-of-1 MH/s to mine something that we can actually hit... And Doge may be falling against BTC, but that happens from time to time with all the other coins too...I'd rather hoard them in case people are willing to spend fiat on them, or btc becomes even more valuable and DOGE climbs in relation...

The LTC issue is just a matter of not solving blocks. Our pool speed is pretty small compared to the LTC network. Variance there will be high.

Hey Eleuthria, Is it possible to trade all my current inventory of coinage into DOGE? Is there any easy way to do that? Or do I need to withdrawl my measly .0015 BTC and lose the mining fee. I was really hoping to just trade it all in and have DOGE deposited to my address...

CasinoCoin was disabled from mining yesterday after I got a message from them asking if I had updated. Apparently their idea of hard forking is zero fucking notice. The update wasn't released until Monday, their forum thread didn't say anything about it last week, and it looks like the fork happened on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Updating to the new version to at least get us back on the real network, but I have no idea how many coins were lost because of their incompetence on implementing a hardfork.

Is there something wrong with autoswitch logic?
I see really no reason why we are mining LTC at the moment and not Digitalcoin(about 20% more profitable) Worldcoin(50% more profitable) or Dogecoin(about 100% more profitable)
Also I'm getting now for some time less or equal to what I would got with LTC...

Not sure where you're getting your numbers from, but they're wrong. DGC and WDC are both less profitable than LTC at this moment. DGC and WDC are only profitable for VERY short bursts. We *do* mine them, but generally it's only worth mining them for about 1 minute before their difficulty adjusts and they become a waste of time.

Coin picker websites are shit. That site is currently showing a difficulty for DGC that is almost HALF of what the current difficulty is, meaning it's inflating the expected value by double.

OK so it is wrong for all 3 coins?
Anyway what about adding NVC and FTC and remove LTC. We just don't have horsepower for LTC...

I like Scryptguild and the Idea of autoswitching to profitable Altcoins. I dont have to look out for new goodlooking Altcoins and switsch to their Pools. It works fine for me and manny other miners I think. A autoconvert to another digital currency would also be nice like DOGE or LTC. Will be sad if it closes and only Litecoin an Doge are mineable at Btcguild. Perhaps you find a way to go on with this projekt. You make great Work. Regards Felas PS: What about Rubycoin ? - seem profitable to mine at the Moment.

Since so few pools have updated it's actually worth switching to quite often.

Remove LTC? The core base of most scrypt coins? Why? It's still profitable! Also, I hope Scryptguild never dies, I love it so much more than BTCguild

Specifying which coin is helpful.

You get incredibly big variance... That is why I recommended 2 alternatives... I believe one of the reasons the speed of the pool is stagnant is because of the looming closure. I would have told more friends and family to join up but not if it's about to shut down. They'll hate me for that! Scryptguild is solid. If we're going to remove junk coins just to mine LTC and DOGE, then why not do so and keep Scryptguild going? The auto convert to BTC that's in place now is awesome, and one of the biggest reasons why I mine here (and why I want to tell more people about Scryptguild). If we merge with BTC Guild, please consider keeping the auto-convert feature.
