On April 5, it is planned to update the TERA blockchain network

The update will consist of three steps:

• The first part is aimed at a quick start. This will allow you to work with the blockchain almost immediately after installing the wallet — by downloading the chains from the end. The technology works like this: depending on a specified level of confidence in the blockchain is searched for in the network any cutoff state table and loaded, the only thing left to download blocks up to current date. If DApps require information about blocks that are not in the database, they are dynamically and transparently loaded from the network for the user.
  
• The second step is to limit the size of the user’s disk. The technology will work through DHT principle of block storage.
• In the third step, we will add the network KEY/VALUE-storage available from DApp

My opinion is decreasing mining rewards now,and make the system more sustainable.
Another,possible to issue tokens with light wallet? or release .exe local wallet ,make run full node more easily,so this will accelerate token applications,and contribute fees to 0 pool.

About the sharding blog,it's rather promising,ethereum is at the same level about the sharding updates.
